Foods are bomb, the aburi salmon sushi press and wagyu beef oshi press was the highlight for us. Our server Bikash is the best, very positive and professional!

Our waiter, Sudip, was wonderful—attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed.

Let me start by saying the food was good, had the Ribeye Steak and bottle of wine, steak was borderline over cooked but juicy non the less so I let that one go, however there were more then a few problems with personnel.
1. Server asked us if anyone had any allergies, and there was one, my wife has a beef allergy so usually a Manager will stop by the table and ask more details about it, but that didn't happen this time, which is odd but ok.
2. Asked the server for a wine recommendation with a red steak but she didn't really drink wine which is fine, so I just ask if we could speak with some who might know the wine menu like a Manager, we were told the Manager was too busy, weird to be too busy for a customer, but ok I get that sometimes things get hectic in a restaurant. Fine I can manage to pick my own wine not that big a deal.
3. When having a sip from my beverage a shard of glass touched my lips and I thought it was plastic but no it was in fact broken glass in my beverage but not from my glass. I told the server about it and she apologized multiple times and took it away. When she returned she let me know the beverage was on the house plus the next beverage was as well, which is fine, im not looking for free stuff but ok. But again no Manager came to speak to us which I thought again is very odd especially for something so serious as broken glass in someone's beverage that they drank from several times.
4. Server disappeared a couple times after that, for Long periods of time, one which we timed after ordering more drinks, 26 mins for a beer and glass of wine, I actually had to go up to the bar and ask for our drinks which were sitting at the bar station, and did mentioned to the bartender that we have been waiting over 20 mins for these drinks so we could finish our dinner, if I didn't whos knows how much longer we would of waited. Still no Manager visit to our table. When we let the server know how long we have been waiting she apologized and said they were busy, but easily half the tables in the whole restaurant were empty.
Other then the food it was one of the worst experiences I've had at a restaurant. The server was friendly enough, but service was sub par at best. And no Manager appearance after the trouble we had or when we requested to speak with one, is not good enough.
Don't think I'll go back anytime soon.

Saturday afternoon, I’m just driving through Grande Prairie and craving a Cajun Chicken Caesar Salad. I ordered it with two chicken breasts. I had about 3/4 of my salad eaten and about half of my chicken when I seen a hair in my salad! I get it, it happens. I can’t do hair and I can’t finish my salad nor do I want anything else. I’m grossed out. I informed my waitress, she addresses the manager. The manager comes over, apologizes, asking if I want anything else, I say I’m fine. She offers complimentary dessert, I say I’m fine. She offers again, I agree to take a lemon pie home. The manager assures it’s on the house. I also had a mango margarita and it was great. The waitress then comes over explaining that they can’t comp the salad and chicken but would comp the drink and pie. I explained that I didn’t even want pie to begin with and I enjoyed my drink and would like to pay for it. I don’t think it’s fair to charge me for food that I didn’t eat because there was a HAIR in it! The waitress then talks to the manager and comes back saying that they’ll comp the salad but I have to pay for the chicken. ????? I did t eat the chicken. The whole reason I came to Eas was for the chicken. It was so unprofessional and I felt so bad for the sweet young waitress. I asked her to just get the manager to my table instead of asking the waitress to ( so awkwardly) be the middle person. The manager comes over, I explained that I didn’t even notice eat my food because of hair. I dint want pie. I’ll pay for my drink and I’ll be fine with this. I paid for my drink and left with pie that I didn’t want. Not impressed. I understand that hair can unfortunately end up in your food but the unprofessionalism was astounding. Maybe some management meetings in the near future would be an asset.

Food and service is always great, the cost not worth it. $80 for a 12oz striploin is absurd. There's a reason we've stopped coming here and the cost has solidified that we won't be back.
