Went to Edo Grand Praire Mall and bought 5 bubba tea brown sugar. We're expecting it is the same as other Edo restaurants, but it is very disappointing that here it taste like you're drinking water with after taste which is not really good. It is not cold which is supposed to be and no sweetness at all.

Just drop by to get dinner but look what I got! It looks like a vomit of everything! Uncooked broccoli. The ready-made shrimp tempura bought from Costco doesn't even taste like shrimp. The beef doesn't taste like beef because it took old. When they handed me my order, the container is not even close. Overall, I am dissatisfied! Do better!

$20 for a plate with no drink and the shrimp got so much smaller in size. I know there is inflation but this is just way too overpriced.

Staff are rude especially the guy taking the orders, we were waiting for our food and the whole area was very loud so it was hard to hear them call our name. So when the guy called our name we obviously couldn't hear it, so after about 10 minutes we went there and asked if our order was ready and the guy said "We already called your order, you weren't listening" in the most rude tone ever. Speak up if you want us to hear our order don't expect to be heard when the whole food area is loud.

I've been eating here for years with out issue. Today the staff decided their conversation was more important then the food they were supposed to be preparing. Usually getting food here takes only a few minutes but this time half of my lunch break was wasted. Hopefully this is a one time occurrence.

I eat at edo all the time . I ordered from this mall location and the portions were smaller than from store locations . I complained wanted my money back . All they did was play the immigrant who can't understand stand you card . So ya they rip you off with smaller portions and charge high prices .
