Ordered $65 in food on skip the dishes when I received it the one kid's Burger had burnt onions from the grill from probably a week prior burnt into the top of the burger that was absolutely solid like boot leather my $18 double burger look to nothing like the picture was supposed to be full of onions and cheese and I got nothing I ordered $3 worth of gravy and got 1/4 of a container full everything we got was cold missing toppings and absolutely char-broiled to death. By far the worst eating experience I've had in Grand Prairie in 7 years.. when we called the manager about it he argued with us the whole time instead of trying to correct the situation or make it better.. my family my friends and anybody I know I will make sure I discourage them from going to any Fatburger ever again

Great experience!! I am a basketball coach and took my entire team here for dinner after our game at Northwestern Polytechnic. The staff were very friendly and accommodating for our large group, 10/10 service!!
