Went in today for my first time and last time. Food was ok not great for the price They microwave the chicken and the shrimp was so hard from being microwaved you couldnt even eat it. I would give the a zero if i could.

If it's one of the girls working there it tastes way better every time, it seems like the guys just throw whatever in there they definitely don't know how to make the smoothies, they taste a hundred times better when the girls make them, probably because they actually follow the recipe

I used to love this place when it first opened and it had been awhile so I decided to give it another try. That was a mistake, probably should’ve checked out recent reviews.
I went in and ordered one of the new poke bowls and the employee was friendly and mostly helpful but his priorities are definitely off.
He was texting before and while serving me and when I stepped away to use the bathroom and came back he was using his gloved hands talking on his phone while preparing my food. He did change them when he seen me but what happened before? He forgot two of my sauces and failed to mention they were out of pickled onion and subbed for raw onion without asking.
Overall another business owned by people who genuinely don’t care about the customer experience, quality control and communication.
EDIT: don’t bother following up with customer services email. They reply back saying they’ll train better which isn’t true based on these repeated bad reviews. No offer of a coupon or meal replacement until I laughed at their sad attempt to rectify and in order to even get that they expect me to download the app and make an account which is laughable for a customer who’s disappointed.
Oh and they’re spamming fake 5 star reviews at as Aug.2025 so watch out
