I feel awful leaving this review because other employees have been amazing, but it had to be done. I don’t think I can come back after this. The man working today needs proper training and possibly an overseer. I asked for a gluten free Oaxaca, told him I am gluten free multiple times, kept reminding him what was gluten free and what wasn’t, and when we finally got the order together I even tipped because I felt bad for him. While ordering he kept saying he didn’t have any of the protein I could eat “it’s in the back, I don’t have it in the front” and I asked what my options were and he listed them out, I asked if I could do tofu then, and he said “oh that’s not gluten free”. I’m confused why he read out options that had gluten. Whatever. I paid. While making the wrap he said “I’m out of beet slaw I’ll replace it with _____” and the cilantro lime sauce was out too (I asked if it was possibly to substitute the sauce to that earlier, so it was kind of frustrating that he originally told me yes and I can’t eat most of the sauces). Then suddenly I notice he left my wrap behind and I saw the croutons and asked “are those gluten free” he said “no, I’ll remove them” and took each one by one by hand and threw them out (cross contamination). It’s unfortunate. I want to express how great my experiences have been in the past, but this man is not well trained, and I believe may not care at all. He was also weird about me asking if the croutons were gluten free. I already knew the answer but I wanted to see what he would say. I just can not believe the experience I’ve had. I never want to pay first just to find out half the ingredients are missing as he’s already making the wrap. 1:29pm June 25 2025. Just left the place.

Well another place where the staff appears to hate you once you walk in. No greeting, when I said it was my first time here he just grabbed his phone and started texting. Noodles were aggesivky undercooked. The bowl was 90% raw noodle and 5% veggies. I found two half inch pieces of the tofu I requested as an add on. They threw a bunch of deep fried something on the top. I pulled that off, ate the three pieces of broccoli and two fork fills of carrots. The rest was completly uneatable. Staff was completly dismissive and non verbal. He was on his phone texting while I was paying. It was a horrible experience and I won’t be back. If you want to feel hated by staff upon entry , pay premium for some under cooked noodles and like weird random deep fried topping then I highly suggest this place fore you. I do not so I won’t be back.

I love Freshii but this one is terrible. The toppings which are usually included were all extra and the serving size was 1/6 of the usual. I had to pay extra for kale and got 2 leaves, same goes for the mushrooms, chickpeas, tomatoes, strawberries and pineapple. The vegetables were also past best. There was essentially nothing but noodles in my salad which were rock hard and stale (basically inedible), and what I was desperate for was some fresh vegetables, which I paid a premium for and barely got any of. The server obviously rushed my order despite no one being in the shop, and even though I specifically asked for dressing on the side, she lathered it all over. I never write Google reviews but this meal has ruined my night and I’m so disappointed with what I was served, it has totally put me off of Freshii. Don’t go here, it’s a waste of money.
