I go to freshi every week, and the staff there is always so amazing and sweet ? The food is delicious and I always feel welcomed. Such an amazing atmosphere and Yummy food . All the staff are so hardworking and make me feel important.

Ordered via skip. Didn't get the chicken in the soup. Advised both skip and the restaurant of the error. Skip won't reimburse. The restaurant apologized but wasn't willing to correct their error. Just another local restaurant to add to our DO NOT ORDER FROM list.

My new Go-To for busy turnaround trips to GP. Favourite salad Oaxtapa w/a little protein & packed w/ flavour that satisfies for the long drive home. Very healthy smoothie options. You can't make a bad choice!!

Lemongrass soup is not soup. A bowl of broth that they add stuff to without simmering so very little flavour. $12!? If you add meat. Not vermicelli noodles as advertised but thick alfredo type noodles. Staff were not remotely friendly. I will not be back.

The girl who took the order over the phone was rude, couldn’t take my name properly and hung up on me while I was still talking.I phoned the store at 5pm to pick up at 6pm for my break as I work nearby but when I reached the store the order wasn’t ready because they forgot itWaited for 15 mins for the order and the girl who took my order forgot I ordered a smoothie too even it’s aldy charged and paid. She even asked me “oh you ordered a smoothie?” Yes and I paid for it lolWait for another few mins for her to prepare it again. And my break is almost finished.Very disappointed this time but I really love the salad here. Hope it will be better next time.
