Golden Star Restaurant

We had a great dining experience at this restaurant. Food was great. My favourite was the dry ribs and my kids loved the chicken balls. Price was also good for its serving.

They also have really friendly staff. Our server Stacy went above and beyond. She was really knowledgeable about the menu and made our whole dining experience amazing. Will definitely go back to dine again.

I had a great dining experience at Golden Star Restaurant. Our server, Stacy, was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and quick to accommodate our requests. She made thoughtful dish recommendations and ensured everything was perfect throughout the meal.

We enjoyed the Beef fried rice, beef and broccoli, and the stir fry vegetable chop suey —all flavorful, fresh, and generously portioned.

The cozy ambience added to the overall experience. I highly recommend Golden Star Restaurant for its excellent food and top-notch service.

Rude behaviour by receptionist nd unwelcoming too

Egg role and chicken balls were good... but chicken chow mean and beef with veg were ok, not great. But the ginger beef wasn't good in my opinion, flavor was not there, and it wasn't super crispy. Probably will try another place next time.

This is NOT Chinese food. Totally tasteless, zero flavour. I ordered "Szechuan" fried rice. I asked the waiter why it does not taste spicy. The reply is they don't add too much flavour because the locals don't like it. I understand they have a demographic to serve who probably don't know what Asian food is supposed to be like. I suggest they remove the word "Szechuan" from the dish and not mislead those of us who know better. Call it fried rice with wallpaper paste.
