Spacious spot to meet friends! Enjoyed their Mediterranean Soup, which was rich, flavourful, and filling! Friends had sandwiches that were bigger than a handful and oozing with goodness - an easy meal to share!
Great food for many years, baked goods are excellent! I am shocked that Grains does not have a functionable website of their own with access to an actual menu and daily soups / specials! It is after all 2024!

The sandwich bread (light rye) was tasty but it had a doughy airless underbaked band in it. The egg salad filling was very delicious.
The beef and macaroni soup had no beef in it. Very disappointed. Was just macaroni and vegetables.
For the price of $17 I would sooner make it at home.
