Amazing service! Decided last minute to go out for dinner for my birthday with 9 people. They accommodated us even last minute! The server was Amazing! And the manager checked up on us and offered me a free dessert! Highly recommend Jackpot! Will definitely be returning!

Review left by my dining companion that was removed:"On Friday (Oct. 6) evening there were many disabled adults eating together with there caregivers. They weren't being annoying just eating and talking but the blonde waitress was TRIGGERED. She spent the evening muttering and cussing even pushing past a disabled woman at one point. I pretty sure she used the r-word when referring to them but I can't be certain. My nephew has CP and I would end up in jail if anyone ever treated him that way. I will not be returning as long as that woman remains employed."Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible, but the staff is not welcoming towards the disabled community.

We usually order from Jackpot and it’s always amazing. We wanted to do something different and get out for once, so we decided to go to the restaurant for the first time. We called ahead to see if reservation was needed and were told it was recommended so we reserved a time. It wasn’t clear where to go for the restaurant, so walked into the lounge with our kids, and were told right away how to get to the restaurant. Walked around the building to the restaurant doors, walked in and stood there awkwardly waiting for a while while three staff stood there and talked. We decided to leave and eat elsewhere. As we were walking away, down the street, a woman shouted out the door at us, asked if we needed something or something along the lines. We told her that we had a reservation but were ignored so we decided to go else where to eat. It was just very very awkward unfortunately. First time there and wouldn’t feel comfortable going back. We probably won’t be ordering from them for a while either.
