Don't have a wedding here. There's looking out for your self as a business owner. I think one can read the air at times. I'm not in best of finance. I'm sorry to them but the overall is brutal.

Service and atmosphere are pretty good .. thus the 2 stars. Had the butter chicken ..it had grilled chicken in it.. never use grilled chicken in butter chicken . The sauce was bland and flavorless. I’ve had better from the frozen section at Superstore . .

Brushetta was not crispy at all, calamari was basically just batter crumbs... not impressed for the cost at all. Small small portions. The coconut shrimp was good. We spent $51 and I feel as though I have had two shrimp and a soggy piece of bread... we got it as room service at the attached hotel. It did however come quickly.

We ordered the sea food platter. The presentation was great but as soon as we started to eat it was easy to see it was all show . The crab and lobster were old and stale with poor taste 1 of the 2 steaks was over cooked. Plain and simple it was a let down but by the amount of traffic in the lounge it was easy to see how their inventory must sit in freezer for long periods of time before being sold.

We stayed at the hotel attached to Jax restaurant and came down for dinner, not expecting a whole lot as it’s a hotel restaurant. We were very pleasantly surprised and went again the following night!

Night 2 Peppercorn steak Oscar sirloin & prawns Chicken strips & fries (for our toddler)
Everything tasted very good, we will definitely come back again on our next visit to town. Staff was friendly and accommodating to our toddler.
Their breakfast (provided with hotel stay) is also good.

Ordered 3 appetizers for 42.99, after asking 3 times for no onions on the nachos (as it is an allergy) they still came with onions. Food was cold, no seasoning on the meat, wings were soggy and the bruschetta was just as soggy and disappointing. I ordered the nachos, ended up getting skip the dishes anyways because I couldn’t eat my food.

Same old menu not updated since 2021 over priced frozen burger and crabs .come on we have costco or superstore selling cheap than jax for same price . May be they have 1 is to 10 margin for their food they sale lol. lazy front staff.Taking all table by one even though there is 2 servers or three.greedy abt $$$ come on they are there to make some money too Think abt it.lol not recomonded

I stayed at the hotel overnight last night and was exhausted so I went into Jax expecting normal bar food. But was I incredibly wrong. The food there was absolutely delicious. I had the beef dip and the meat and bun melted in your mouth. It was quite literally the best beef dip I’ve ever had. I woke up thinking about it today. I also tried out their carrot cake which is to die for as well. I immediately googled to see if we had one in Edmonton. Looks like I’ll have to go back. Thanks for the amazing food and incredible service

Been here a couple times now and it is absolutely amazing...why didn't I know about this place before. Have had some sort of spicy steak salad thing, it delicious. Cant wait for date night again and try a something else

Place stated they were open online, when we showed up the restaurant was open when we walked in the staff stared at us and asked what we wanted. We stated we were there for lunch. They responded as we don’t open until 4pm even tho there were people sitting in the restaurant eating. When questioned why does it state your open online they responded no it doesn’t. Horrible service and rude employees.

Frozen burger patty for 25$ no thanks. Hope the quality of their mains match the price. Seems the head chef is lazy. Just because you have "leather seats " doesn't mean you can charge fresh prices for frozen food.
