Really nice restaurant on the inside. Clean with lots of booth seating. We went on Saturday night and it was dead. Our server was pleasant but didn’t know what was in the dishes since my wife asked for no mushrooms in the stir fry and it came with mushrooms. I had the beef dip. Zero presentation. It was ok. We stayed at the hotel attached to Jax restaurant and came down for dinner, not expecting a whole lot as it’s a hotel restaurant. We were very pleasantly surprised and went again the following night!

Night 1
Bruschetta
Fire chicken burger

I stayed at the hotel overnight last night and was exhausted so I went into Jax expecting normal bar food. But was I incredibly wrong. The food there was absolutely delicious. I had the beef dip and the meat and bun melted in your mouth. It was quite literally the best beef dip I’ve ever had. I woke up thinking about it today. I also tried out their carrot cake which is to die for as well. I immediately googled to see if we had one in Edmonton. Looks like I’ll have to go back....
