Delicious ice cream, and a very comfortable patio set up. I've been here a few times especially for the Pawtio Events held by Bandaged Paws. Worth checking out, they are also attached to the Laser tag facility, Ace of War, great deals when bundled together. Excellent staff, great environment, 10/10.

Today I went into koolios for ice cream and was helped by the girl with the blue butterfly tattoos. Even when I had a couple of tricky questions, she handled them with ease, showing incredible knowledge and professionalism. I left feeling not just satisfied, but genuinely cared for as a customer. It was an amazing experience all around and would happily go back!

When i went to the icecream shop the girls that were working there had lots of attidued. They all seemed like they didnt want to work they and looked mad that we were ordering. When I was taking my time to order they looked rude and inpatient. The icecream was amazing but the customer service is 0 out of 10. They were all quite giving judge stares and kept looking back at eachother. They also didnt give any smiles towards us. Very disappointed in there service and I hope when I come back they fix there attidued.
