Little Caesars Pizza

Pizza is great but in all my visits they never had the hot and ready pizza available so always a 15 minute wait. It’s worth it for fresh pizza but when in a hurry it would be nice if they had pizza hot and ready like advertised.

I am sharing my bad experience which i see only at this store
I am doordash driver. One day i asked them for cup of water. They denied me’ They said we dont have water so i feel it was disrespectful for driver. If driver are delivering the food then you are having boost in business. Water is free in world so never deny anybody. I also see they have 20 liters fresh water galon.

There was a mistake on my order i felt my dough wasnt cooked enough it was half cooked i called back they immediately told me no worries they would 100% fix it they said 10 mins and it was done in 10 i also didn’t realize i ordered cheese when i wanted hamnand pineapple so they upgraded me for free as well they were super understanding and even tho i order delivery and ate the 7$ delivery charge im happy they were very quick to fix the mistake without any questions should it have been done right first maybe but to me mistakes happen its how you make it right that shows me what kinda restaurant you run and very pleased with there customer service

Ordered my pizza and got home had one bite and it was extremely cold!!! (Took me 10 minutes to get home) Called the place got hung up on and called again and explained to the worker that my pizza was cold. He went on to say that it can’t be cold as he made it and I came there on time to pick it up so it’s not true that my food is cold etc.. I asked for the manger name and he said no and will transfer my name and phone number to the manger.. worker has a lot of attitude, don’t know customer service at all, doesn’t greet you when you walk in, extremely rude over the phone.. Worst experience ever!!! Will never go there again !! Service is terrible!! Sad that this was my experience them !

Just terrible. Placed an order in advance for a 6:15-6:30 delivery. We got a notification at 6:09 that the driver picked up our order, great. Pizza arrived at 6:53, cold, doughy. The call centre my wife is talking to is in the Philippines! Unbelievable. 30% refund to our credit card is all they would do. NEVER AGAIN

Tried calling after 9pm on a Friday and they kept hanging up on me. Walk inside the store as I was only down the road and they took my order. If the owner of this store is wondering why they don’t make much money at night it’s because your lazy staff is not answering the phones. I get you close at 10. But at least answer the phone and say sorry sir we are not taking orders. But that’s not even the case because you did take my order face to face.

More like bread than pizza. Dry, cold, and hardly any cheese or sauce. Disappointing first visit.

Walked in at 1:30, no hot and ready pizzas apparently they don’t start making hot and ready pizzas until 4 pm at this location. Call prior if you want one before 4 pm.

Ordered stuffed crazy bread yesterday afternoon wasted money and stomach space, the the bread barely had any cheese it was all bread, 5.24 of just bread and she said I have to wait 5 mins for it to be of just disgusting bread, worst stuffed crazy bread ever, I was really looking forward to it, I wonder what the rest of the food, forgot to take a photo ?

Service has been very poor every time I come here, rude staff, I've had my dips literally tossed at my pizza and shoved towards me as if I have offended them merely by existing. Not hard to treat people with some decency. Do better.

Food is meh, just a standard Little Caesers with no customer service.

I love their stuffed crust. Always a good amount of toppings, good value, tasty. Fast and friendly.

NOT HOT AND READY 13 MINUTE WAIT NOTHING IN THEIR "HOT AND READY OVEN" THATS NOT LITTLE CEASARS. DO NOT GO HERE IF YIU ARE LOOKING FUR QUICK

We feel bad, we order from skip and because of the roads we were 15mins late and they still had our order, so they were wonderful for that!

One day I went into store at 10pm to try order large avocado paparoni pizza. There is a guy very quickly to buy an avocado and back to make the pizza for me. Even avocado melted during cook，but it is still awesome！
