Disappointed. I saw a Facebook post advertising that kids would eat free for Canada Day, so we chose this restaurant for supper. There were maybe ten tables seated when we arrived. A fellow behind the bar saw us arrive and promptly sat us. After seating us he quickly returned and apologized as he had been told the table wasn't wiped clean. He wiped it and soon after our waitress showed up and also wiped it. She got us a kids menu and advised us they didn't yet have booster seats because they were new to accepting kids (since they are a bar). This was not a big deal as my one year old likes to stand. She was giving us a moment with the menu and that's where the great experience soured. We never saw her ever again. We waited a long while. I was going to ask another server for help, but by this time we decided we wouldn't have time to eat our meals as it was nearing my toddlers bedtime. I've gone in the past (a few years ago) and enjoyed their food.

Would NOT recommend. Servers are incompetent. I am 30 weeks pregnant. Visibly pregnant!I ordered one of their mock tails. I did not ask for the added shot of rum into my drink. But the server assumed I wanted it and added to my drink without my knowledge. Once I got finished my meal and drink, I received my bill and I noticed I was billed for a shot of rum I did not ask to be added to my MOCKTAIL.I contacted management and didn’t feel like this was taken as seriously as it was. Was asked what they could do to rectify it and told me “well I wasn’t there at your table to hear the miscommunication” there was no miscommunication. I just wish I was offered something to make me feel a bit better about THEIR SCREW UP as I’m not a very confrontational person and am not sure what I they could really do to make this better for me and my pregnancy.I’m glad I didn’t share what I thought was a mock tail with my daughter, happy I didn’t have more than one and glad my mom who is almost 10 years sober stuck to water during our meal.

Was really impressed at this place. Our food was amazing everything from our appetizers to our main courses. We had a large group and our server was so good. Drinks were never empty and even though she was training a new waitress she never missed a beat.The decor and interior was super nice quite enjoyed the table with the driveshafts as the legs, made for a unique look.Dietary restrictions: We had someone who was Gluten intolerant and they were able to find a few great choices.

My wife and I really enjoy having wings at Maddhatters. The highlight of the menu was definitely the free-range chicken wings, which were sourced from local farmers. These wings were simply amazing - perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with just the right amount of seasoning. I could tell that a lot of care had gone into sourcing the chicken, and it really paid off in terms of flavor and quality. I recommend the secrete menu wing flavor, not every server knows this so ask around.The atmosphere was also top-notch - the bar had a great vibe, and the staff were all friendly and knowledgeable.Overall, we always have a wonderful experience at this restaurant. Food was ok. Not great. My biggest complaint were the up charges. Hubby ordered chicken fingers and was charged $2 for plum sauce!! That’s normally included like ANYWHERE else! I swapped out for sweet potato fries for $3 upcharge… ok fine….. but then an addition $2 for the dill dip! And portions were on the small side. I won’t be back. The food was not that great. Thank God it was happy hour. Our bill was 56$ and would have been closer to $70 if it hadn’t been happy hour. That’s for two people. Pops, beef dip, and chicken fingers. Definitely left feeling ripped off.

Prime rib was ok everything with it was not(gravy, potatoes and caeser salad) Service was not good. The waitress kept forgetting everything thankfully everything was correct. Then her shift was over so asked us to pay our bill so she could cash out so we did no big deal but nobody else came back to continue serving us so we left.

Stopped in for lunch, I don't have to look at the menu as I know I am having the Cobb Salad. It is like no other in town! Everything is so fresh and the homemade garlic dressing is great! They cook the chicken to perfection and the bacon on the salad is so yummy! All of their food is always presented extremely well and very good! Service is also great too!

Loved the new look and feel of the place. I was excited to see vegetarian/vegan options on the menu. We were greeted and felt very comfortable! I got the 'Unbelieve-a-bowl' and it was really spicy, but oh so yummy and fresh! My friend got the 'Bison Burger' and he said it was really delicious. The only thing is that the portions were a little small, for a $16 bowl and $19 burger we were expecting a little more. There could have maybe been 2 sides for the amount of fries he got with his burger, or maybe just more fries rather than the little dish that was given. I was hoping my bowl was filled right up as it was only half way filled. But this doesn't affect my rating of the place and we will be back!
Our company have recently had a Christmas Party. Alcoholic beverages were severely watered down. When I ordered a shot of vodka couple times to check, after making a polite complaint to stuff, even after, they were watering down. I have never drunk so many tasteless "double cocktails" (as my coworkers) a night.Conclusion. They were doing profitable business by making customers constantly ordering water beverages.Other than that. Food was good. No complaints.Stay vigilant. Stay safe. Stay warm.

Everything we ate is excellent, management/owner greats you every time. Atmosphere is fantastic and it is always busy at lunch and dinner. They have the best chicken wings I have had in a long time, they cook their meat just right and veggies. Food seems to come out very consistent and also perfect timing. Great spot.

Amazing time. An awesome place to go for a small office group to have a little Christmas party. We were able to do a gift exchange, play a card game and just have a great time. Our sever was excellent. Will recommend to anyone from now on.

Everything we ate is excellent, management/owner greats you every time. Atmosphere is fantastic and it is always busy at lunch and dinner.
