I guess don’t try to eat here if you have any kind of food intolerance or allergy… don’t get me wrong, I know my allergies are very extreme but as someone who manages a restaurant, I know how easy it is to accommodate and offer SOMETHING to a customer who can’t eat from the menu… The server was trying her hardest and she was so kind to try and get me food, and the manager came out and put me in tears with a snappy “so you’re allergic to the whole menu, why would you even try to eat out.” And continued to put me down over something completely out of my control, making me like a huge inconvenience and just stupid. No offer for even a plate of fries or something, just a go eat somewhere else. So I sat there while the rest of my friends ate because they already had their plates, and cried in front of the entire table because I was so embarrassed . The server did come and apologize and tried to make things right but I’m baffled and definitely won’t be back. 😔
The food was delicious, and our server was super sweet! The only reason for the 3-star rating was that the walls at our table were dirty, and the overall atmosphere felt a little lacking. It could use a bit of improvement.
As always a great place to grab a good lunch. The food never disappoints and the service is fast and efficient. Friendly, helpful waitresses.
We were in Grande Prairie for a couple of days from up north. We wanted to go to a place that was not a chain restaurant and Major’s did not disappoint. The food was so good that we came back the next night to try other things on the menu. Tracy and Alyssa were so friendly and made us feel right at home. Service was top notch and both of them offered recommendations from the menu. Next time we are in town, we will definitely be back. We tried the pizza, steak sandwich, coconut shrimp, bbq chicken club and the deep fried cheesecake. Major’s is worth the visit.
I checked in at Paradise Hotel so they gave me free breakfast in this restaurant.
The moment a staff saw me she said OH i just need that coupon. What is your drink? She gave the water and coffee in the counter and told me to seat anywhere you want. At first i didn't know its a buffet i just over heard it.
No one checked on me, i didn't get a refill on my coffee server are just walking by me. And they just focus on those who have order in the restaurant and have a bill that they can get tips.
Technically whoever dine there with free breakfast they get paid by the hotel. This is not totally a enjoyable experience. And it doesn't mean we don't have bills to pay we can't give tips.
Their nice to those customers who order
ordering regular menu.
Totally not a good experience
Could use a better coffee brand.
Pretty fast with meals, another restaurant with warm coffee, I'm beginning to believe that hot coffee is a thing anymore.

One of the best breakfast buffets I've ever had. Ever. The service was amazing. The food was 10/10. Reasonably priced. We got a free Mimosa with the brunch. 20/10. Would recommend to EVERYONE.

If you are seeking a recommendation for a suitable breakfast establishment, I would like to suggest a hidden gem located in Grande Prairie. The culinary offerings, particularly during breakfast hours, are exceptional and worthy of high praise.
