My husband and I visited this place today evening. We had an amazing experience. There was a young man named Carter who prepared ice cream for us. I must say he is the best guy!!!! He listened to our choices carefully and made it perfect. He was amiable, benevolent, and had a smile on his face . His service really impressed us a lot . We stood in line for 15 minutes, only to discover they have no lactose free ice cream, even though they advertise that they do. They didn’t care or apologize, we left. I wish The Scoop by Jeffrey’s was open later so we could go there. They have delicious non dairy options.

Very bad experience from one of the girls. There was a confusion with what I ordered and what she heard. And she became soooo mad and the rest of her service was very upsetting. She just left my order on the counter and just left. At the end when I asked for the receipt, she literally threw the receipt to the counter.
The workers here are so kind and welcoming! They offer many different options of customizable ice cream! Best Ice cream in town by far!
