Went to the drive through to order ice-cream, they parked us for 20 min to wait, and when they brought it out to us they brought it out one piece of the order at a time and the hot fudge Sundays and McFlury were totally melted After being close for a month for renovation it's all the same problems as before, but now with out anyone that speaks English

Waited 10minutes in the parking area for a decaf coffee, very slow service. So disappointing We just decided to leave and not wait for the coffee anymore. Never coming back Poor service

If I’m spending $50 at a fast food joint for 3 people, id expect to have at least some quality, and to get my whole order. It would also be nice if it didn’t take 15 minutes, if the staff was nice, and if we got refills. McDonald’s has been going downhill for a few years now and this experience has finished it off. Don’t go here folks. Every other option is cheaper, faster, tastes better, has better service, and you will receive everything you ordered.

I have ordered spicy eggs and hash brown wraps breakfast I believe it’s has no bacon in it ,yet they have added bacon and chicken piece since I don’t eat bacon , I hope they will take it seriously when they are making foods thank you,

They need to start lunch at 10:30am like the rest of Canada. You are losing customers by not doing this. The manager and staff are BEYOND rude and I will continue to write bad reviews if they don’t change.
