I travel all over the province and regularly order from McDonald’s. My order is always the same: a toasted bagel with butter, adding tomato and lettuce. I have placed this exact order at many locations and have never been overcharged.
At this location, the experience was unacceptable. The manager refused to allow employees to enter my order correctly and instead insisted they ring it up as a sausage and egg BLT everything bagel without sausage and egg. This resulted in my bill being more than double what it should have been.
When I questioned the charge at the payment window and asked for the order to be reviewed, the employee attempted to speak with the manager, but the manager would not allow it and refused to correct the order. I ultimately left the drive-through without receiving my breakfast.
This felt like a deliberate attempt to overcharge a customer. I strongly recommend customers check their bills carefully at this location to ensure they are being charged correctly.

Server at drive thru didn't let me finish ordering only got to order half my order before being told to drive ahead and she switched to the next lane or shut it off

I usually don’t leave reviews, but yesterday’s experience deserves one. I visited this McDonald’s and had an issue with my order; mistakes happen, and I’m normally very understanding. What made it frustrating was the way it was handled. Instead of resolving the situation or even listening, the staff member, Arshdeep, chose to argue with me, despite clearly being in the wrong. Customer service shouldn’t feel like a debate. A simple acknowledgment and willingness to help would’ve made a big difference. Unfortunately, this experience has ensured that I won’t be returning to this location in the future.

They have a lovely new play area; however, it’s filthy. I asked the staff to clean it because there were napkins, sauces, and food all over the play equipment, seats, and floor. A staff member came about 10 minutes later but only swept around 10% of the floor area. It’s disappointing — I’m sure this place is full of germs.
After telling us to pull ahead for our order we waited for 20 minutes in the drive through. They said they made our food fresh but then said they gave our order to somebody else. When getting home to eat (a 5 minute drive). The burgers were cold and slapped together with massive amounts of ketchup. For the price you pay and after waiting that long it should have been fresh. I will never be pulling ahead to wait, I will wait at the window.

Tried to enjoy a meal but the security guy could not turn down his phone from full volume while listening to the news on speakerphone behind me, he had also talked rudely to the only person he came in contact with, for some reason it took 15min to receive a Big Mac meal.

Just came through the drive through, the service was better than most places actually. Your English is very good, the service was fast, my order was correct and the coffee was stirred properly. Lineup was long but moved quickly.
