Unprofessional and disrespectful service.
I was picking up a DoorDash order from the South Side McDonald’s. The app showed the order was ready, and it was already sitting on the pickup table when I arrived. No one acknowledged me or asked who I was there for. When I asked an employee named Lizel/Lysel to hand me the ready order, she refused and said she was giving Uber orders first.
I explained the order was already prepared and getting cold, but she told me I had to wait because she was making other orders and then went even further, saying “If you want it, you have to wait in line. If you don’t want it, cancel it.” That is beyond unprofessional. Despite my order being finished, she continued to hand out Uber orders and serve walk-in customers first which didn’t even started. I was forced to stand there for about 5 more minutes for absolutely no reason, watching the food sit there and cool down.
She said uber came first then she should prepare uber first why did she made that? Why uber driver waiting while doordash is ready. If it’s ready you should hand it first.
I will avoid this McDonald’s whenever possible, and I strongly recommend other drivers do the same. Do better—this was unacceptable.
Drivers get blamed for cold food, yet staff behavior like this causes the problem. Completely unacceptable, rude, and unprofessional. Management needs to address this immediately.

Always have to pull over in parking lot even if I had ordered 10 minutes before and seeing 5-6 customers leaving without ordering online makes the service really bad. I hope someone at above level look after this and people wont have to wait for their food just for one burger, which I have to do every time I order here which is atleast 8-10 minutes every single time.

Not sure why but when ordering a sausage and cheese mcgriddle, without egg, they never put the cheese on. I ask to make sure! And they dont put the cheese on. Its alright when I'm in store because I can just go back and get cheese, but when I drive thru it kind of defeats the purpose of drive thru! Come on McDonald's try harder!!

They are scam artists. They charged me for my food then when I got to the second window they told me payment didn't go through so I repaid. I then saw both payments went through on my bank and brought it to thier attention. They refused to refund me even either proof of two payments. They don't understand basic English. Pretty sad.

It's McDonald's. Not exactly the friendliest people at the window, but that's pretty standard at most fast food joints in grande prairie these days. This is where I get my coffee now instead of Singh Hortons.
