Fries were hot and crispy for once. You have to really yell at the speaker for the attendant to hear you but it really adds to the vibe. The paper wrapper was falling off my burger which negatively impacted the vibe.

I used uber eats from this location, they forgot to add my dips for nuggets didn’t added ketchup forgot the straws the food was cold. Also didn’t gave fork for my poutine how im supposed to eat by that with my bare hand? Missed the instructions as well. I was work and this was lunch for me and my coworker. Very disappointed.

Tried 3 different days this week, each time they got my order completely wrong. Like not even close. I understand sometime things happen, it's no biggie. But this is complete incompetence and they don't care. inside is always dirty, bathrooms are gross and when I order a big mac, got a small ice cream and politely showed them my receipt they then wanted me to pay for the ice cream and were very rude. It keeps happening and my last time going there

I don’t usually write reviews but when I do there’s a reason I’ll start with a lil backstory earlier today I decided to to to McDonald for lunch on my break ( the one by Costco ) absolutely amazing service filled up on a double cheeseburger Beal and so happens to win a FREE APPLE PIE. horay this is when it takes a turn for the worse earlier this evening after work I decided to go cash in my BIG WIN at this McDonalds (southside) I go through the drive through and order my pack of gold in a green cardboard wrapper (my apple pie) give my monopoly cupon to the first window no problems there when I get to the next window my dreams were crushed they told me they had “no apple pie” so as one would I asked for my FREE apple pie cupon back so I could go to a different McDonald’s the manager said he could NOT give me my cupon back I could feel my blood suger levels as the seconds moved forward eventually after telling this man 5 times I need my apple pie he broke and said HE DID HAVE APPLE PIE so now in this moment I’ve been waiting ten minutes for my apple pie
Moral of the story is that McDonalds is not as established in its management as I thought I’m disappointed to say the least and if anyone ends up in my situation just know someone out there loves you and expects you home. STAY STRONG

Just picked up happy meal for my kid and apparently my kid wanted crocs (new happy meal toy) but you gave me a toy thats from weeks earlier. Your package doesn't even coincide with the toy too. I am writing a complaint.

Went to McDonalds to get a deal off the app for a McGriddle and they gave us the wrong order, wrong receipt and wouldn’t refund our order when I went inside and asked nicely for them to just give us the correct food they said they couldn’t cause we didnt have the correct receipt with our order.
