It's McDonald's. Not exactly the friendliest people at the window, but that's pretty standard at most fast food joints in grande prairie these days. This is where I get my coffee now instead of Singh Hortons.

Placed my order. And repeated myself a couple times for accuracy. The cashier made a mistake. Which is ok. She seemed to be learning. But all in all they missed a fry and a drink. Instead of just correcting it the manager ritchel decided to just argue with me about paying more for my order. Which would have been more then it was in the meal deal anyways. Just absolute garbage customer service. And I have a hard time believing that a complaint was worth a $1 fry and talking down to a customer in front of other customers. Honestly with things the way they are it's enough to make me just not go to McDonald's In the city anymore. But certainly not this one unless they see this and reach out. Contacted corporate too so we will see.
Petty. Absolutely. But garbage service and the Cherry on top of a garbage day while just trying to turn things around and have some fun as a family.

It kind of sucked because our burgers were really salty and our fries were soggy and old tasting. Didn't have a lot of money and sucks that we wasted it on shitty food.
Charged me and didn’t refund me, said it didn’t go through but moneys been missing from my account for a week now. Manager was impossible to talk to and super rude. I just wanted my pop and an iced coffee damn. Plus you can’t hear anything over the speaker when trying to order in the drive thru.

Fries were hot and crispy for once. You have to really yell at the speaker for the attendant to hear you but it really adds to the vibe. The paper wrapper was falling off my burger which negatively impacted the vibe.

I used uber eats from this location, they forgot to add my dips for nuggets didn’t added ketchup forgot the straws the food was cold. Also didn’t gave fork for my poutine how im supposed to eat by that with my bare hand? Missed the instructions as well. I was work and this was lunch for me and my coworker. Very disappointed.
