Montanas has always been my go to for great food but last night was a disappointing experience. I booked reservations to celebrate my birthday with my daughter for a high top and when I got there we were seated inside the doors at a lower table, which was fine, except it was so freezing every time the doors opened that we sat with our winter jackets on. I was quite uncomfortable and I was able to eat part of my appetizer and by the time our meals finally came I was too cold to have an appetite anymore. The waitress didn't come back until I went to the hostess station to ask for to go boxes and our bill, because I wasn't enjoying being there and freezing. I'm sure we will be back at some point as we do like the food and maybe it was just a one off, but hopefully next time it's more pleasant.

Had to wait over 10 minutes for the server to even show up. Finally flagged someone down to asked for a server. Definitely one of my worst experiences there.

Had a reservation but our table was occupied when we arrived and we had no where to sit had to wait for about 15 minutes standing awkwardly in the entrance until a different table became available so there really even wasn't a point to making a reservation to begin with, It Super chaotic drinks missing, steak overcooked, Lobster was cold, Food took almost an hour to arrive, Normally one of my favourite spots to eat because we have young kids but after our experience I'm not inclined to go back.

Fry's were cold, rarely seen our server. Overall this was the first time I have ever been disappointed in Montanas. Never had an opportunity to ask for new food as the server never came back for 30 minutes.

The food was great and hot. We were placed in the bar side and overall noise volume was right up there as a few parties were going on at the same time. Very energetic customers and staff was up to the task. Thanks for an enjoyable experience.

I made a reservation and it was ready ahead of time. We went right in and didn't have to wait too long for anything. It was busy so we expected a bit of a wait. I made the reservation for 6 people and added in the comments we would like a place for a car seat. Someone call me and clarified it was 6 people plus the car seat. Very polite. Every thing was ready when we got there. All servers were very happy and engaged in conversation even though they were not our direct server. I appreciated the environment of teamwork that was observed. The food was top notch as always. It's always a great place to bring the family. Well done 😊

The steak was tasteless and not even close to be some what tender. Portions were small. If your reducing the portion the. At least have smaller plates to look like a meal.

So I took my dad here for his birthday and the staff all got together and surprised him with a great Happy Birthday song love this place will always come back the only criticism I would give this place is the all you can eat ribs I wish they were a bigger portion size they take some time coming to you so by the time you think that you're going to have all you can eat you pretty much eat a full rack plus two half ones so it's really not worth the money if it was bigger servings or like on a plate all pre-cut and just piled up nicely looking like a mountain and might make it more appealing for people to want to order the all you can eat ribs so I just won't get that again it wasn't worth the dollar value
