Brooke was an amazing server. She was charming, charismatic and very diligent in her service. The other staff were also great to deal with - very helpful and friendly. The food was amazing, as always. Overall great experience.

Everything was good until we were about half way through our supper. I've worked in restaurant in customer service for two decades and appreciated the consistent attention. However, it became to the point of almost having our plates taken away before we finished. And once we paid, the manager hovered over our table waiting for us to leave. My kids were finishing their dessert and as soon as they were done, he came over asking us when we were going to leave. We went to celebrate a family accomplishment and didn't have time to exchange gifts or visit. It felt very unprofessional and impersonal.

Our experience was very positive. Our waitress was very understanding with how long it took us to decide on what we all wanted to order. She was good with the kids, as well. She was super friendly and spoke clearly. I would recommend Montana's to anyone and everyone.

I specifically booked for a birthday, reminded them 3 times, and still left without any birthday song or dessert. The waitress seemed distracted, the wait for things was long and my sons brisket was nothing but burnt pieces and fat. Overall not our best experience with Montanas.

I specifically requested a standard height table, however when I got to the restaurant they tried to sit us in a high top. After I requested a standard they sat us down at a table for 6- we were a party of 4. A couples minutes after sitting down one of the girls came to us and asked if we wanted to move- we were fine were we were and told her so. Then she kept pushing and basically they are a party of 6 coming in and the party beside us had another person coming and it would have been squashed. They wanted to move us but didn't want to out right say it. I was frustrated from that. We ordered a platter that came with pulled pork, it was extremely dry. Our waitress apologized and brought us a substitute that was better. I gave 3 stars for her and that's it.

It's was loud to the point it was hard to have a conversation with the person sitting across the table from you. Music was a too loud. Our serve was one of the best I've ever had. She was efficient but here personality and people skills were top notch.
Not sure what happened but they ran out of corn and beans for the burrito salads ordered. Ended up with extra rice instead of salsa addition. Dishes came out but were taken back to kitchen to confirm selection re the rice. Delivered with only a teaspoon for eating. No napkins, knives or forks until we stopped server and asked for them. Not the usual service experienced in past dining occasions there.

We had requested a low table on the opentable site. We got there and were given a high table in the lounge area. It was awkward and uncomfortable for some of us, besides being much noisier than we preferred. We stayed where we were put because they said we had no option, and we went there because we wanted to be there, but it was not the best time. Please make sure that table requests are passed along and respected.
