The steak I ordered was terribly tough, impossible to eat. When I brought to the attention of the server, she said she would get me another, The second one was "melt in your mouth" delicious.
Brooke was an amazing server. She was charming, charismatic and very diligent in her service. The other staff were also great to deal with - very helpful and friendly. The food was amazing, as always. Overall great experience.
Everything was good until we were about half way through our supper. I've worked in restaurant in customer service for two decades and appreciated the consistent attention. However, it became to the point of almost having our plates taken away before we finished. And once we paid, the manager hovered over our table waiting for us to leave. My kids were finishing their dessert and as soon as they were done, he came over asking us when we were going to leave. We went to celebrate...
