My husband and I dined at this location for the first time since moving from Edmonton. We last dined at the Wem location and enjoyed it so much that we wanted to have a nice date night here. The food was okay, I felt that my chicken in my quesadilla was dry and lacked flavour but overall it was good. I felt that the menu was lacking options and most were seafood, which we don't eat. For atmosphere, the reason we picked Mr. Mike's was for the games while we eat and this location only had cards or chess I don't think we would be choosing to return any time soon as the dessert was the best part and we took that to go.

Mr. Mikes is a great pub style restaurant with the absolute best bruschetta in town!!! Unfortunately one of their best dishes used to be the smugglers cove chicken. Now, instead of using one thick chicken brest, they use 2 that are so thin they are pretty much tough and burnt by the time they cook them through. Used to be my go to and now I no longer order it.

The food was delicious, and the service was extremely fast. Had our appetizers and meals in 20 minutes. They did miss a couple of small side items, but they were immediately delivered once we asked the server.

I recently dined at Mr. Mike's Steakhouse, and unfortunately, my experience was rather disappointing. The main issue was with the quality of the food. I ordered a steak, expecting a tender and flavorful meal, but it turned out to be quite chewy and tough to eat. This was a significant letdown, especially for a restaurant that specializes in steaks.Additionally, the side of potatoes was far from satisfactory. They were so runny that I joked about being able to drink them through a straw. This lack of consistency in the potatoes' texture detracted greatly from the overall enjoyment of the meal.On a positive note, the service provided by our waitress was commendable. She was attentive, friendly, and did her best to ensure we had a pleasant dining experience. Her professionalism was a highlight in an otherwise underwhelming visit.Despite the good service, the poor quality of the main dishes was a deal-breaker for me. A steakhouse should pride itself on the quality of its steaks, and unfortunately, Mr. Mike's fell short in this essential aspect. The disappointing meal, particularly the chewy steak and the subpar potatoes, has led me to decide not to return to Mr. Mike's Steakhouse in the future.

Bag o fries, bag o onion rings, tough steak, bread small and tough seems like Gordon foods provided the meal and Mr mikes served it. Going to another restaurant that makes their own fries, onion rings and bread. Gone are the good old days of Mr mikes. One plus is their bruschetta is the best. Even plate is un appealing. After 5 years they are now off my list. Service was good.
