super friendly staff & the fries were perfect today! usually i get ketchup and vinegar but i didn’t even need it this time because the fries were salted PERFECTLY. love how they always give extra too <3

I love buying here! Every single one of their staff is so nice and very welcoming. The food is always fresh and the service is amazing.

I often buy from N.Y.F. in the mall because of the convenient location. The food is always freshly made and I can never get enough of the bacon double cheese poutine. The crew are always so nice and the overall atmosphere is delightful even if they're always in a rush(lunch rush).

I was at your location today, and I just wanted to commend you all on the fast, FRIENDLY service. I appreciate the smiles, “enjoy and have a great day” greeting. My fries were incredible. Butter chicken poutine was scrumptious. Cooked to perfection. So glad I stopped there. Line up was long and they were busy, but so efficient. Everything seemed to flow well and went by fast. Great job to each of your workers!

They must use a different brand of hot dog buns, the last few times the bun seems more dry. I like that the condiments are added by the workers and not the community containers. Miss the braised beef poutine.

The pulled pork is the best ive every had!! A big thank you so much to all the employees for getting my complicated skip order perfect everytime. Keep doing what you're doing❤️

I ask if they can 'put so much pulled pork in the box that they not only question my sanity but their own' and lately the pulled pork has been getting more and more plentiful each time i order and honestly i couldn't be happier!

I've been meaning to write a review here for a while, but I just wanted to say that this is my favorite fast food restaurant and I have 3 favorite workers here. every time I see them they put a smile on my face and they make my day. I always order a large poutine and they always make the food perfect for me. I wish there were more locations in my city. they truly deserve a raise. thank you.

Kid-friendliness: The workers here are very friendly to children and I've noticed they give out these little cups with toys.
