There is a healthy lady working in this restaurant whose behavior is very rude. The owner should be careful about such people as they can be very harmful for the business.
I ordered super shawerma through skip the dishes. The complete order was around 52 dollars including delivery which was free over 20 dollars order. There was a huge hair in the shawerma. I was grossed out and had to throw it in the garbage. Skip the dishes refused to refund so I am not going to use skip again as well. Anyone buying from Osmows plz beware as you may end up eating someone's hair.

The girl who works there with glasses, such a horrible customer service she gave to customers. She doesnt know how to behave like a human, she used utterly bad words when was asked not to blow her nose with the same hands she was preparing my order. Management needs to correct it before it gets too late.

Came in on Sunday to treat myself since I haven’t had shawarma and love the food and customer service I’ve had before. But this recent visit makes me not want to come back to this business again. During my visit I was greeted just before I was about to make my order the employee at the register dismissed me almost completely, to help the person behind me… As they say “first come, first serve”, but immediately me and my partner were taken aback by her impoliteness straight away. After that awkward and rude interception she made between us and the person behind us. I go on to order anyways but before I completed my order I forget to add something else, and so I tell her I wanted to add another item to my order and she literally says, “Uughh!, you should have told me before, it makes it difficult for me to fix it on the system”. And after all that I also specifically told them not to add a certain food to my order but they still added it anyways. Didn’t want to cause a fuss but was really disappointed with the customer service. Do better please.

Went to get dinner tonight and for the third time I experienced the worst customer service from one of the lady who worked there , she was soo rude with a very bad attitude and didn’t even care when told that I would make a complain to her manager.

Was great when it first opened, now the place is absolutely filthy. You can see stains from a roof leak, old stains from customers on the walls and booths that haven't been whipped down in weeks or months.
Food is just whipped together and low quality now with music blasting hearing every skip order over the bluetooth

One of the worst experiences of my life, I was there today, i walk in to the till, i was not welcomed, not even a simple Hi. The lady there was making an order on the unit (about 10 ft away from the counter), and with half of her face towards me she said: “ what can i get for you?”. I was like: “I’m going to place an order 🙄”. She said : “yes go ahead”. I ordered a Sajj shawarma. She said: “ Veggies? Everything is ok.” I said “No.” Then she turned her face back and kept murmuring with her workmate in “different” language. She was looking at me up and down while making my order, and then threw everything in the bag and gave me that rude “Thank you”. I really like the food there, but the customer service is ZERO!!
