Ordered the medium meatball pho. Got 2 meatballs sliced into 8 thin slices with noodles. Soup was bland. The server asked how the pho was, and I told her the truth. Her response was, " I guess we can't please everyone," and smiled. The server was nice, but the food was definitely mediocre.

wish i could have given this place a 2.5…Service wasn’t pleasant at all, I ordered a large chicken Pho and some shrimp salad roles. The roles were 99% noodle with a small bit of chopped lettuce and maybe 2 shrimp… charged me extra for “satay” when what i asked for and received was chilli oil… usually that’s just a condiment on the side of the table…anyways back to the food, the best part was the portion. lots of food for $30 but the pho was plain and noodles were way too overdone and there was no Cilantro, mint, or basil on the side… i asked and was told it didn’t come in on their last order…well maybe you should go buy some …. there’s literally a grocery store across the road…Lastly they have very slippery stainless chopsticks that’s a very hard to hold onto! I asked for some wooden ones but she never came back.so all in all, if you like traditional pho try somewhere else. but i guess that’s what happens when people from India open a vietnamese restaurant ??♂️

The food was great, lots of flavour and good portions. The service was good, the restaurant itself was a little chilly that day.

Salad rolls. Huge fan. I love shrimp. Was shrimp in there, yes, I visually seen them. Taste, non-existent. Also lacking the main ingredient, salad. Very disappointing. Had the chicken pho, very tasteless. Was like a flavorless chicken soup. The chicken was incredibly dry and seemed canned. Was it horrible, no. Will I be returning, no. For a first experience it gave no redeeming qualities of coming back.
Nope
If you’re looking for authentic Pho this is not the place. Good food, not good Pho tho.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered from the highest reviewed restaurant for a specific cuisine in Grande Prairie and have been disappointed. I've never had food so lacking in flavor in BC. I'm not sure why food in Alberta is lacking spices and flavour. The pho broth here tastes like watered down beef broth, not like the real thing.
I was treated very well the moment I walked into the door and the food was delicious the only problem I had was the price was a little bit much. But don't let that stop you from going.

We tried to bring this place our business multiple times. Half the items on the menu weren't available, no beer. The server was very young and not sure what was available and what wasn't. The last visit we walked out without ordering. Pretty disappointing because the food was decent when we ordered online.

used to go here lots. tried the soup after a year away. zero flavor and the satay is charged extra on top now. as an aside- very friendly service though.
