And now ill never again go back or recommend it. Let that sink in….. that’s 50$ for 2 people to eat. I’ll go out for dinner next time at a restaurant. Wild ideas from a not very busy place.

Staff not washing their hands I between tasks. This os basic food handling. I had to ask both staff members to wash hands,and 1 staff began to argue with me that she know her job,and she didn't need to wash her hands after touching the till,and start preparing another customers order. All staff should be trained with proper food safe handling, each and every time they should be washing their hands. It's cross contamination, and unsafe for the public health. This occurred on Saturday, September, 27th at 5:30pm. To the Manager,and owners of this location in Grande Prairie please teach your staff proper hand washing skills as deemed by Alberta Health services.

Every time I walk in, there’s no greeting, no smile just miserable faces. The staff don’t even try to be welcoming or start a simple conversation, which already makes the experience feel unpleasant. On top of that, the prices are outrageous. You pay extra for things like cheese and bacon, yet you barely get anything—for “extra bacon” I literally got one extra slice.
What makes it worse is the inconsistency. I’ve been charged for extra cheese before, but now they tell me I didn’t pay for it—even though I know I did. Instead of resolving it politely, they just look annoyed and start talking in their own language in front of customers, which feels unprofessional.
Overall, very poor customer service and it’s honestly sad to see. Definitely not worth the money. Please don’t send an auto generated reply also.

Absolutely devastating what used to be the best fast food place in GP. It took them 4 pitas falling apart what started as a XL pita turned into mini losing condiments every time they transferred to a mew pita, management has the I don't care attitude, had to ask for a table to be cleaned so I could sit down and eat, I was on a 45 minute time crunch, by the time my pita was done I had 20 minutes left.

Last time I went there half the vegg looked old and gross . Green peppers looked like they were overdue yesterday and I had to ask for new tomatoes and they grabbed some from in the fridge but didn’t swap out the ones they had on line .

Food was amazing, service was not. The lady who helped us was not friendly at all and honestly seemed very unhappy. We ordered and she was really only half listening. My husband ordered extra cheese and she tried to talk him out of it. Then he was asking for extra sauce and giving her his toppings and she was quite obviously not having any of it. It’s a shame because the food was deliscious and fresh but due to the service I don’t know that we would be back.
