Ordered my pizza order and its been over an hour and my order hasn't shown up yet, highly recommend using other pizza restaurants for everyone's pizza needs.

The food is always really consistent and good, the staff are friendly and the service is always great.

My only gripe is that the sauce is a little light for my taste so I try to remember to order with extra and it’s perfect!

It's fast, it's cheap, it's pretty ok for fast food pizza if you need something for dinner on a weeknight on the way home.

South side Pizza Hut is closed, and I called to place an order with this location, and they informed me they can’t “deliver” to my side of town ? Let’s remember we live in Grande Prairie it takes 20-30 minutes max to get anywhere in town this isn’t Edmonton.
I would also like to address that if one of your locations is closed that you should be fully responsible to deliver the pizza anywhere, I have never even had Pizza Hut tell me in all my years they can’t deliver to me ??
Absolutely the worst experience here, there’s pizza companies who will deliver as far as clairmont but Pizza Hut can’t drive to Pinnacle lol.
The girl over the phone also asked me for my phone number to search if I’m in the location boundary, excuse me ? How do you use my Ontario phone number to look up if you can deliver my pizza to pinnacle ? Didn’t even ask for an address.

The worse experience here today ever .
It's my daughters 18th Birthday and friends have told her she could get a free slice of pizza for her bday . Alot of places do these little things for your bday she was so excited today until we talked to the man to apparently is the manager .
She asked if they do anything for free on your birthday- a simple yes or no answer was all that was needed . But he replied saying is anything in this world free and hung up . Then actually called her back saying If she calls again he would call the cops . I am blown away by this - I have ordered here many many times but never again.so so rude - what a terrible response and behavior from manager- but that's ok - we will enjoy her birthday regardless!

This location has surprised us tonight, they showed a severe lack of knowledge of their own products and an even worse demonstration of their customer service, to sum it up they rudely hung up on me after not understanding what they are selling/ offering..

Awesome food

Ordered delivery last saturday and they canceled the order because they do not deliver to South side, I asked for a refund which they said could take 72 hours after 7 days still no refund, I called and spoke to the manager about picking up a cash refund and he informed me he would call me back in a few minutes, no call back and no refund, so do not go to this location unless you have any interest in being robbed for you're money

Worst pizza place in grande prairie next to busters. Got my pizza I ordered online and it is burn to a crisp and literally looks like someone stepped on it.

Seems to be a common theme when these stores are ran by the “new comers”.

I’m literally told by the “customer services call centre” that it’s COMMON PRACTICE for a customer to inspect the quality of the pizza before taking it home and this is my fault.

Hire Canadians. These people are the scum of the planet.

We were here today at around 9:00pm and Shame on the guy who took our order, I believe his name was Mike . He never smiled and just looked like he didn’t even wanna be there. He was just plain rude to us and gave us a hard time ordering our food. We never wanna be visiting this place again. Really disappointed with the service . Ruined the entire day.

Pizza quality is definitely going downhill. Used to be a favourite, but the regular crust is now so thin, and every time for my last 5 orders I’ve requested extra sauce and got next to nothing, likely due to the sad crust not being able to withstand it. We love the wings and brownie, but for the pizza can do better cost and taste wise at pretty much every other pizza joint in town. On a good note, never had a problem with the service on either takeout or delivery! Hope to see some changes, but will be spending our cash elsewhere in the meantime.
