Pizza Hut Grande Prairie

Only giving 2 stars because the mozzarella sticks. I always get the triple treat box and usually get the bread sticks but thought I'd try something new. So I got the mozzarella sticks and paid extra for 5 dinky little sticks. Feel like the delivery dude ate some or they are cheap AF with the mozzarella sticks. 🤷

When ordering on skip the dishes only extra large pizzas are available and every other size is apparently sold out which is impossible it is clear that this restaurant is just trying to get as much money from people as possible it is very frustrating and annoying if you are going to be an option on skip the dishes you should have all your items available it is false advertising

Placed an order for future delivery, between 530-545. Driver showed up with pizza at 508.
Sent him away and called store, explained that I would prefer to have fresh, hot pizza closer to the time I asked for, and needed the order remade.
Manager argued, monologued, and lied that the pizza wasn't made too early and was appropriately cooked before yielding and saying she would remake and send another order.
We waited patiently, and the very same pizza accompanied by the exact same receipt showed back up, still undercooked.
Called manager back who would have sworn on thier mothers life that was fresh pizza except the pizza showed all the signs of a very long sit in a closed pizza box under a heat lamp. Called her out on the obvious lie about remade pizza and said I was no longer interested in dealing with them for our supper needs.
Manager calls back twice to argue with me about the pizza and to offer a piss poor credit to a place we won't care to visit.
Absolutely tone deaf and terrible compared to our previous visits.
We will not be back.

Thin crust pizza order was great. Service was off a little maybe busy day or late for a break. But it happens

Ordered thin crust pizza, they give us pizza made from some ready made bread. They didn’t made fresh crust. Didn’t worth the amount I paid.

Decent pizza and the Tripple treat box in the perfect option for a mix of items & pizza but the red head who works at the front has a little bit of an attitude.. maybe she was having a rough day but usaully when I customer comes back in with a messed up ordered “that’s not our bad” isn’t the best response. They did correct it so that was nice at least.

The pizza was a little sparse on the toppings, the stuffed crust was a bit bland. But the flavour of the BBQ chicken was good.

I ordered take out and brought the order home, it was made incorrectly. I called the store, the manager I spoke to was very rude and when I said I couldn’t drive across town to swap out their mistake, he said “Fine, you can have a $10 credit” and hung up before I even responded.
Pizza Hut is never great but it’s taste is reliable… The service of this store is terrible though.

Ignoring nd disrespectful behaviour by receptionist

I am writing this for my son who lives in Grande Prairie. On May 20 he ordered pizza from there I believe it was maybe bacon cheese burger or something like that and he has gotten sick from it. He called 811 and talked to a nurse and a Doctor and they both said it was food poisoning. Please check your meat and cheese and flour products so no one else gets sick. Fever, vomiting and the runs. Unfortunately I don't live there so can't help him out when he is sick. He ordered from the one on 84th Ave.

Did not get my complete order

My pizzas are over done and burnt. After reviewing photos, Joe from the 116th location said "that is how it is." This is the first time I have ever complained to any restaurant. With their crappy customer service and my burnt pizzas, I won't be returning.

I got the Mild Buffalo boneless wings. Won't say anything about the crispiness or the quality as it was great but I came here to ask...why in the world did you guys change your sauce???? I've bought from Pizza Hut for a very long time, I only get 2 flavors so trust me I taste a difference and it's not good. Why's it sweet all of a sudden? Why is there this weird aftertaste now?? It was always a Franks taste to these and it's gone now
