Pizza Hut Grande Prairie

My husband ordered pizza from this location tonight and the pizza is completely undercooked. Mooshy dough with sauce and cheese on top. What a disappointment. We picked up.

Ordered the ultimate supreme or whatever their one is with tons of toppings and got the saddest, topping lacking pizza. Trying to get my money back from skip now. What a joke of a pizza. Look at the supreme photo then look at this. Not even close and they didn't even try to make it look good.

Racist and unprofessional behavior from staff.”
I’ve visited this place several times, but this was by far the worst experience. The employees were openly rude and showed racist attitudes toward customers. They were drinking near the food station , which is a serious food safety issue and even made fun of people instead of serving them respectfully. Management really needs to take action and train their staff on professionalism and respect.

Was picking up a take out order and nobody was up front to serve me. It was a prowest worker who had to point out to the people inside there has been a customer waiting up front for almost 10 minutes. I could hear the employees laughing and talking in the back, they had even passed by the office but did not see me when I said excuse me. Clearly had better things to do as no apologies were given and they acted like nothing happened ince they did serve me. Im not usually giving out bad reviews but no apologies were given.

Had a great experience at Pizza Hut! We dined in and the food came out hot and fresh. The stuffed crust pizza was the highlight—cheesy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Toppings were generous, and everything tasted great. The service was friendly and fast, making the whole visit enjoyable. Definitely coming back for another stuffed crust night!

Pizza Hut never misses, especially when it comes to their pepperoni stuffed crust pizza, it’s absolute fire and a favorite in our household. Every bite is cheesy, crispy, and loaded with flavor.

Their boneless honey garlic chicken wings are another must-have. They’re perfectly sauced, super tender, and always hit the spot. And no order is complete without the Cinnabon cinnamon buns for dessert. They’re warm, gooey, and the perfect sweet finish.

We’re never disappointed with our meals from Pizza Hut. Consistently delicious, satisfying, and a go-to for our family pizza nights!

What a shit show of a place. Can’t do online orders. And can’t get delivery from north side location because I’m closer to the south side location that’s closed. Unless I wanna pay door dash or skip

Ive been there at tje location of 116st The cashier guy (with long beard)was impolite and rude..not thank you ..he can do anything but his job..rather than on his phone..not in focus on how to make customers feels better about their experience..I believe it's not a position where he can excel ..Absolutely not in front of the house.
