Pizza Hut Grande Prairie

Was picking up a take out order and nobody was up front to serve me. It was a prowest worker who had to point out to the people inside there has been a customer waiting up front for almost 10 minutes. I could hear the employees laughing and talking in the back, they had even passed by the office but did not see me when I said excuse me. Clearly had better things to do as no apologies were given and they acted like nothing happened ince they did serve me. Im not usually giving out bad reviews but no apologies were given.

Had a great experience at Pizza Hut! We dined in and the food came out hot and fresh. The stuffed crust pizza was the highlight—cheesy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Toppings were generous, and everything tasted great. The service was friendly and fast, making the whole visit enjoyable. Definitely coming back for another stuffed crust night!

Pizza Hut never misses, especially when it comes to their pepperoni stuffed crust pizza, it’s absolute fire and a favorite in our household. Every bite is cheesy, crispy, and loaded with flavor.

Their boneless honey garlic chicken wings are another must-have. They’re perfectly sauced, super tender, and always hit the spot. And no order is complete without the Cinnabon cinnamon buns for dessert. They’re warm, gooey, and the perfect sweet finish.

We’re never disappointed with our meals from Pizza Hut. Consistently delicious, satisfying, and a go-to for our family pizza nights!

Stop using clickbait to attract customers then refuse to give them the offers that are online.

What a shit show of a place. Can’t do online orders. And can’t get delivery from north side location because I’m closer to the south side location that’s closed. Unless I wanna pay door dash or skip

Ive been there at tje location of 116st The cashier guy (with long beard)was impolite and rude..not thank you ..he can do anything but his job..rather than on his phone..not in focus on how to make customers feels better about their experience..I believe it's not a position where he can excel ..Absolutely not in front of the house.

Only giving 2 stars because the mozzarella sticks. I always get the triple treat box and usually get the bread sticks but thought I'd try something new. So I got the mozzarella sticks and paid extra for 5 dinky little sticks. Feel like the delivery dude ate some or they are cheap AF with the mozzarella sticks. 🤷

When ordering on skip the dishes only extra large pizzas are available and every other size is apparently sold out which is impossible it is clear that this restaurant is just trying to get as much money from people as possible it is very frustrating and annoying if you are going to be an option on skip the dishes you should have all your items available it is false advertising

Placed an order for future delivery, between 530-545. Driver showed up with pizza at 508.
Sent him away and called store, explained that I would prefer to have fresh, hot pizza closer to the time I asked for, and needed the order remade.
Manager argued, monologued, and lied that the pizza wasn't made too early and was appropriately cooked before yielding and saying she would remake and send another order.
We waited patiently, and the very same pizza accompanied by the exact same receipt showed back up, still undercooked.
Called manager back who would have sworn on thier mothers life that was fresh pizza except the pizza showed all the signs of a very long sit in a closed pizza box under a heat lamp. Called her out on the obvious lie about remade pizza and said I was no longer interested in dealing with them for our supper needs.
Manager calls back twice to argue with me about the pizza and to offer a piss poor credit to a place we won't care to visit.
Absolutely tone deaf and terrible compared to our previous visits.
We will not be back.

Thin crust pizza order was great. Service was off a little maybe busy day or late for a break. But it happens
