Went yesterday for dinner and got a regular Donair with light onion and tomato and sweet sauce. I got home and took a bite and it was tzatziki. I called them back and they said sorry for their mistake and said I could get a new one for free.
I just went now and the worker Hony made me pay for a new one and told me I had to go home, get it from the garbage and bring it back in order to get it for free. And told me I was lying as his coworker said that I requested tzatziki when it was his mistake.

10/10 best donair in grande prairie. The meat was delicious I asked for it crispy and it was crispy and moist ?. The sweet sauce was a perfect consistency and had a great sweet taste. The pita was soft delicious and held together. I had the jumbo donair with crispy meat, sweet sauce, onions and tomato’s with sweet sauce. They also use white onions and not red onions. The east coast way of the donair is always with white onions. I cant recommend this place enough.
The owner was awesome and l firmly stood behind his product and I can see why! Truly passionate about his product! Well done sir! ??
