I am a long-time, avid fan of Quiznos, which I believe consistently offers a superior product compared to competitors like Subway.
However, my recent visit to this specific Quiznos location was extremely disappointing and does not align with my positive experiences at other Quiznos restaurants across Alberta/Canada.
The primary issue was the unwillingness to accommodate simple modifications. When I requested a change to an ingredient (such as a sauce), the response was dismissive and unhelpful, stating that changes could not be made. This rigidity is highly unusual and frankly unacceptable, as customizing ingredients is standard practice at virtually every sandwich shop, including all other Quiznos locations I've visited.
Furthermore, I noticed a significant change regarding side items:
Pepperoncini: I was only offered a single pepperoncini. When I asked for a few more—something that has always been provided freely, either tossed on the sub or given in a small container at every other Quiznos—I was told I would have to pay for any additional ones.
Extra sauce: nope that’s an extra price as well
Overall, the operational standards at this location appear to be inconsistent with the Quiznos brand I know and love.
I will not be returning to this particular establishment, the staff/owner (older gentlemen) i would never allow to be out front with customers. I would advise prospective customers to steer clear as this quiznos does not function or deliver the same service quality as its counterparts.

I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience here was frustrating enough to speak up. The owner (or manager) was extremely rude — ignored me when I tried to ask a question and spoke in a dismissive, unfriendly tone. It felt like I was bothering her just by being there.
I came in expecting decent service with my meal, but instead I left feeling disrespected. No matter how good the food might be, I won’t be coming back. Customer service matters, and this place clearly doesn’t get that.

Unfriendly service, flavourless sub with hardly any toppings. Quiznos is not what it used to be. $50 for three subs that were all bun, don’t bother coming here. The restaurant was empty and looked run down, I should have known from that.

Orders a meatball sub large recieved half cut meat balls roughly 6 balls in total. Another small sub for my mom and she got 3 half cut meatballs. for each sub there was cheese and other fixings to what we asked for however there was no marinara sauce for the sandwich. it was dry. Next there are no straws and lids for the drinks unless asked for them which are behind the counter. For this branch of quiznos the cost of subs have gone high for the lack of fixings for there subs. Shrink flation at its fines
Horrible customer service very unfriendly staff specially the older lady behind the counter is very uncooperative whatever you ask it's always an excuse or she'll charge you extra for anything. avoid at all costs don't waste your money

Ordered take out - got a sub full of lettuce - very very disappointing . If this is the best , it makes you the number one place NOT to order food from in Grande Prairie . That is my experience - will never order from here again .
