Well what a horrible experience I had tonight when ordering food. I ordered food from Ramona's over the internet right from there site. We got home from picking up our food and I noticed that we were missing an item. Before I called the restaurant I made sure to double checked everything on my end was correct and it was. I called the restaurant and I started to explain that we were missing an item. I could hear her say that there was another missing item and asked if my name Mike. I said no and continue with my story and explained we ordered a combo 5 and we got a combo 8. The first thing out of the lady's mouth was we don't have a combo 8 and it must be my fault. I explained to her that I double check both emails I received from them. One said waiting on the store to accept and the other was ordered confirmed. Both those emails also say combo 5. She then decided to ask me if I knew the difference from 5 and 8. I was like excuse me. I'm pretty fn sure I know the difference. She then said again they don't have a combo 8. I was like ok well I'm holding your receipt that clearly states combo 8. She then passed me to a manger I'm assuming as I was getting mad and yelling. Which is completely justified when someone wants to continue to call me stupid. He said I will not take this abuse. You made the order online and you ordered combo 8. I was like well I was told you don't have a combo 8 so how can I have ordered it. He's like we can't control what our system does. Then hung up on me. Unfortunately due to the services I received we won't go back. Which really sucks cause the food was amazing. Please see below pics.

My mom ordered pizza from here tonight never ordered from Ramona’s before and asked for a deluxe not knowing what was on their menu. Come to find out they do not have a deluxe and she gave us a Ramona’s special that has sea food on it. My brother has a shell fish allergy and now is on the way to the hospital. My mom called to complain saying they should mention it has shrimp if someone asks for a deluxe. The person on the phone did not give two shits. Definitely not a pizza you substitute for a deluxe when someone does not know your menus without mentioning it has shrimp. Thankfully we are close to the hospital and it did not kill him.

Rude employees! pizza was gross, and when you ask them a question they just tell you that you should know. Tried their pizza for the first time and will not return again
