Best pizza in town, full stop. I love pizza. This is where I get my pizza. Anyone who gets pizza somewhere else in GP is wrong. Fight me.

don’t order here, I never will again! couldn’t believe the woman who was answering the phones. Kim? Why is she working there. I’ve been to two Ramona today. The one on resources for lunch which was an awful experience, tried to call the Lakeland one for delivery for supper instead. Explained our previous situation to Kim on the phone, who then said “figure it out I don’t know what to tell you”. The customer service from Ramonas that I’ve had today, both of them have been insane? I’m actually kind of shocked? Then when we ordered again, with lakeland she said their delivery driver wouldn’t bring it because he’s already “off his feet” I’m not really sure how you can be off your feet, but still working for the night but OK. How are you working somewhere, still have a job when you speak to customers like that right off the jump. I called back and asked for her name. She laughed in my face and was super snarky when she asked if she could help me with anything. Could’ve helped me the first time. KIM sucked. Sarah was awful and tried to give us regular pizza (celiac, allergy to wheat), it’s been a pretty rough experience to say the least. don’t order here!!

Since when did the small become the medium. Shrinkflation and increased prices. $40 bucks for a burnt on top, soggy on the bottom small pizza. I don't know why everyone recommends this place.

Hands down, the best pizza in Grand Prairie. Possibly in the best in Alberta, as I've yet to have a better "Alberta style" pizza (this royal pizza) anywhere else in the province. The sauce is amazing, the cheese is flavourful and browned perfectly and the crust has the perfect crunch and texture.Overall a 10/10

If I could give 0 I gladly would!!!! I have not had a good pizza there for at least a year but I keep going back and trying different options. I never get what I order…… no tomato actually means no red peppers and extra tomatoes???? Why is the cheese always burned!!?? You are using quality products and ruining it in the cooking!!!! Evidently the donair meat is non existent on the donair and the pizza!!!! Terrible!!! You should be ashamed!!! No more of my money will be spent there!!! Save your money and buy a Delicio pizza!!!!! Or eat Kraft Dinner!!!

Great pizza excelled cheese to crust ratio. Great crust and choice of cheese. Not very geasy. Only complaint would be the use of bacon bits.

Ramona's is a great local pizza place, they put a unique twist on pizza that is amazing. The owner and staff are very easy to get along with and will try their best to cater to dietary restrictions. The price is a little high, but if you do a walk in for your order you can get some pretty decent deals.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options and vegetarian options.

Ramona's needs to go back to the grandparents recipe. Crust is generic now, super thin, getting less toppings each time we order, prices are too high for what you get.... we're done with this place.

My husband and I have been loyal Ramonas customers our whole lives, literally! It has always been our go to and kids have loved it since they started eating. HOWEVER, the last few months, Ramonas has gone downhill drastically! Their pizza used to be piled high with toppings. They always perfectly cooked their crust, and it was the perfect thickness. This unfortunately is no more. They have increased their prices, which is justified, but they have decreased the amount of toppings they put on. The crust is so thin it flops around and is always over cooked. How do you increase prices and then decrease the amount of food you give? We have given them multiple opportunities to make things better, tried the Railtown location (which was worse), and the first few times it was bad we chalked it up to a rough day but after 6 times of horrible pizza it's not a bad day anymore. We are so disappointed to stop supporting a place that's a local legend, an OG but at this point we have no other choice. :(
