There should be more Second Cups in Grande Prairie!!! Puma ima is always great!!!

Put in a mobile order at 6:45pm on a Sunday, this location is a kiosk at the east link centre , Says they are open till 8 pm. My order and payment went through. When we got there they were shut down and no one there, you could see other receipts at the register.. it looks like we wernt the only ones!!
I paid for $17+ for 2 coffees I wasnt able to pick up.

Great spot for takeout! The coffee is always fresh, and the food is delicious. Quick service and friendly staff make it a go-to place for a grab-and-go treat.

Usually late in the mornings not on time for 7:30, poor and rude service, takes forever for 1 drink to be made. I only keep coming for convenience.

Very happy to have a Second Cup location in Eastlink Centre. The service is always exceptional & the coffee always fresh - I like mine plain, and have never had a bad cup! They have a selection of good quality teas as well (not many places in Grande Prairie do, imo), and a decent selection of snacks. Great place, great ambiance!

Excellent service and great taste. I ordered moccaccino and she prepared it within 2 minutes. I love the way they make latte and the taste was perfect. I strongly recommend everyone to try this drink.

$16 for a very stale cookie, like this cookie was hard! Once i cracked that bad boy in half it turned to dust, and burnt coffee beans? The eggnog latte was absolutely horrendous🤢. First time we ever experienced this place and what a let down! The only good thing was the young woman who served us was very nice when we ordered🤷🏻‍♀️

Ordered a cup of dark roast coffee with 2 cream.
The barista couldn't understand English well and had to repeat the order several times. Coffee was lukewarm and had to go back to request cream because she forgot the cream.
The Highway 40 location was way better service and ambiance-too bad they had to shut down. I'l
