Our waitress was absolutely Amazing. Great drinks.Fish and Chips absolutely horrible!!!!!! Fish* FREEZER BURNT FISH STICK. I don't think Ryan Pomeroy or Bob would keep this on their menu if they ordered it. They have a higher standard than that.Amazing ***** Food at Office, but horrible Fish next door. The coleslaw was hot.

Great daily specials...some of the best smoked wings I've ever had , fantastic Cobb salad, really good tacos. Staff are incredibly friendly and work super hard. When it's 40 below outside it's nice to have such good food in the hotel.

Yikes. Husband and I decided to have an after dinner drink for date night. And as soon as I walked in, it felt icky and I wanted to leave - but the husband said we should get a drink and then we can go. Ordered a drink and had a hair in it, the drink was so horrible, and my husbands drink was awful too. Wasn’t expecting a lot, but apparently the bare minimum was too much. Anyways, those that like it, that’s fine. This is just my review. Definitely not a fancy cocktail date night place.

The chairs a filthy dirty. Fresh haddock was basically over cooked dry fish sticks. Microscopic size piece of previously frozen salmon sitting onto of a bed of greens with one cheery tomato. Waitress was lovely ( 5 stars for her)

Was staying in the hotel across the street, and wanted to grab some food around midnight. Google map details says that it's open 24 hrs, but when I called to ask if they were still serving food I was told by the crabby woman who answered that "NO, the lounge is closed." with a condescending tone. I informed her that Google indicates otherwise, "This is the hotel, we're open 24 hrs - the lounge is not." she quipped... I suggest the lounge edit this page to reflect the proper hours of operation, and tell the hotel management to teach their clerks better phone manners and etiquette.
