Wanted to send kudos to the drive thru barista Hunter today, exceptionally clear voice, easy to understand, and my iced caramel machiatto 1/2 sweet made to perfection.
I do go to this location fairly regularly - drive-thru only and have never had a problem if I do, or the people with me do with their order - we go back and the baristas always fix the problem with no attitude. People make mistakes, it happens, as long as they are willing to fix them I'm happy.

The girl was straight out rude, she shut the drive through door on my face as I am talking. I wish I knew her name. Maybe someone needs to go over how to treat the customers.

I ordered a Chai Tea Latte for my mom and asked for it to be half sweet. Unfortunately, she didn’t really like the drink—it didn’t taste like her usual. I tried it and noticed there was barely any milk in it.
I drove back to Starbucks to let them know and asked if it could be fixed. They simply added more syrup to the drink and asked if it was better. After tasting it, it was sweeter, but it still tasted watery.
I asked if they could remake it, and a barista (Kara?) asked what was wrong with the drink. I explained the issue. She gave me a plastic smile and said they would just make a new one. I offered to pay for it, since they were already giving me attitude, but was told it was okay.
While waiting, I could see them talking about something—which I know I shouldn’t assume was about us—but it happened right after the situation, so it felt a little off.
The reason we go to Starbucks is for the crafted drinks. It’s not just about coffee—it’s about getting a drink that’s made right, with care. If we're paying more, at least make it worth it.
I just hope that particular barista understands that even if they make hundreds of drinks a day, not every drink will turn out the same. And if a customer politely brings something up, they shouldn’t be made to feel like a burden. Especially when there’s a tip option at checkout—the least you can do is try.
And to be clear, I know there are amazing baristas at Starbucks. I’ve met many. This experience just reminded me that unfortunately, some people choose to carry an ugly attitude, and it shows.💕💕

These people were stupid. I asked for half lemonade and half water to the top and they ended up giving me a cup half filled and not filled to the top. I complained and they didn’t even fix it. Not impressed definitely never going there again. If your gonna give me a drink half filled then make the price for half a drink.

Pickup time is extremely high for skip the dishes/Doordash orders. Have some audacity to ask the the drivers if they are in the stores waiting for interaction.

Bit of a interesting location to try and access if you're not from the area.. But drive thru service was quick, food was hot & drinks were perfectly made!
Another Starbuck’s for me another large caramel macchiato, half sweet, extra hot on a not so hot day. Service was all right and I never order food at any Starbucks-but I also don’t score them on food. Maybe one day if they improve their food offerings?
Friendly staff ❤️
My mocha was actually warm, not hot a little disappointed.
Horrible experience
