This is my second to go Starbucks coffee place here in GP, the other is by Resources road. They are always friendly with smile, never made mistake and clean bathrooms.

I would say overall service is great, they great you with a smile, they acknowledge you, and take the time to remember you, I would say this location for atmosphere is ok ever since they took away the corner sitting area with a fire place it hasn't been the same and not enough seating it's to small really however its still enjoyable to be in there.

Food is as good as it can be with reheating pastries or food that's been processed.

Your typical Starbucks — drinks are consistently good, and service is okay considering how busy it always is. Cleanliness could be a bit better since the focus seems to be on keeping up with orders. Overall, a nice spot to enjoy a coffee or socialize. Music could be lowered a bit. Definitely recommend their holiday menu! 🎄☕

Absolutely worst service possible!!! I ordered a venti and they only filled it half full then tell me this is how much come with a splash of milk lol. I never ordered it with a splash of milk I said with milk. They even asked me two separate time what it was with then tell me well sorry this is what I can only give you now because that's what I charged you. What?!?!?! Brutal Absolutely brutal service. I order the same thing always and have never had this happen

Starbucks drip coffee no longer has any flavor, it looks like coffee feels like coffee, but it doesn't taste like coffee let alone how absolutely delicious Starbucks used to taste. I took one sip and went and got my money back, this is happening everywhere.

I ordered a venti London Fog latte and honestly, what a complete disappointment. No ice, no flavor, just a bland, watery mess. It tasted like someone waved a tea bag over a cold milk and called it a drink. For the price Starbucks charges, you’d expect at least some quality, but this was a total waste of money. If I wanted tasteless disappointment, I could’ve stayed home and drink cold milk myself.

If you’re lazy this is the place, just stay in your vehicle and drive through the ten car lineup because it will still be faster than being the only customer inside. 6-8 cars served before one order is completed inside. Absolutely brutal in store customer service although the workers are very pleasant

Wanted to send kudos to the drive thru barista Hunter today, exceptionally clear voice, easy to understand, and my iced caramel machiatto 1/2 sweet made to perfection.

I do go to this location fairly regularly - drive-thru only and have never had a problem if I do, or the people with me do with their order - we go back and the baristas always fix the problem with no attitude. People make mistakes, it happens, as long as they are willing to fix them I'm happy.
