No star for this location. WORST SERVICE EVER! They made my order and didn’t even bother asking me if cream base or coffee base. By the time I want to change it to cream base because that’s what I always order on starbucks they told me that the mocha cookie frappe only comes with coffee base and wants to charge me extra. I’ve been all over the starbucks in grande prairie except for this one in mission heights and this will be my last.

Walked in was greeted by the friendliest staff. A lady name kale made on drinks and it was amazing. Such great staff and they too the trinity took the time to make sure my drink.was what I wanted.

I mean, what can I say to Starbucks but I got one of the drinks there and it turned out to give me diarrhoea and then I’ve been on the toilet for hours in the store and then they rudely knocked on the door and said I had to leave and shouted at me

There is a clause with Starbucks that nobody in the building complex is allowed to serve coffee. No competition clause. Super sad, very uncanadian if you ask me. So you'll never see my business, ever

Absolutely love the ladies that work here. They always have a smile on their face and welcome you as soon as you enter the door whether they are busy or not. Such a great location always my favourite Starbucks

What can I say? It's Starbucks. Crappy atmosphere, music to loud, expensive coffee, pre-packaged food. OK if you are using drive-through, but if you want to sit and visit, there are much better places to go.

I don't know what it is about this location. It is one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Over the last 5 years, the number of times they have gotten my order wrong, overcharged me, LIED to me about their mistakes, IGNORED me while I stood at cash for I don't know how long, is unbelievable. At this point I can only assume its terrible management and training as its been such a pattern over the years and there is always new people working there.
