Favourite Starbucks place to go to! All the staff there are amazing. We stop by here before we go for a little evening stroll.. and a lady named Heather is always so so nice and friendly. She deserves a raise:)

Went through drive thru for a tall coffee.. and they didn’t have any on! I know blonde roast stops at noon, but the usually pike brewed coffee?! They didn’t offer an alternative.. so I just said thanks and drive off. It’s mid afternoon, how do you not have coffee on?

Ryen was very pleasant and accommodating when I had to return my iced coffee, she remade them for us and ensured we were satisfied and had a great experience. The service here is always incredible from staff :)

Today me and my friend visit there to get our favorite cold coffee..all i can say is the staff is very friendly as well as very helpful as one of their employee give suggestions about their new summer drinks. I hope I'll try their new summer drinks next time.?

Worst service ever. The two girls at 6:30pm monday march 18th. They dont even know how to talk to the customers. They are busy with their work and talking to each other. I was waiting. They didnt care to ask me what i want. Not going back there again. They need proper training. I had to come back without even ordering anything. Worst experience ever.

The women working the drive through on Friday morning were incredible. They were extremely quick everything tasted excellent, and in the extremely short time they made me smile multiple times. Staff here are always incredible, best Starbucks in Grande Prairie!

I went to this location today to get my 25% and wasn't even offered it and paid 10.71 for a pistachio latte and lemon loaf I'm very upset with the service, I shouldn't need to ask for my discount if they don't have the deal they should say so, I will not be return at this location too often too bad its walking distance to my house
