Honestly the most disappointing starbucks in town. Some of the workers are not friendly what so ever whenever i do come in the store. Drive thru is alright service is fast but why do you have the slowest worker doing the speaker duties at the busiest time. This store is better in the afternoon/evening.My drinks come out fine anytime except early morning, i get it’s busy but it’s just a constant issue. I understand I should probably stop coming here but it’s hard when it’s the closest one by work. If you’re here in the busy morning expect your drink to be either watered down, chunky, wrong or gross.

I had a very disappointing experience at Starbucks today. Firstly, the baked items we ordered were served as takeout even though we had clearly mentioned that we would be dining in. Later, my coffee was prepared and left on the counter without anyone announcing the drink or my name. In fact, no one even asked for my name while taking the order. After waiting for quite a while and looking around for my drink, an employee finally pointed out that the cup sitting on the counter was mine.

The worst part was the behavior of the staff as the store was nearing closing time on Thanksgiving. One employee politely informed us that the store would close in 10 minutes, which we acknowledged. However, immediately after that, the same employee whispered something to another staff member, and both began repeating the same reminder within a minute — even though the store still had time and other customers were still seated.

This was by far my worst experience at Starbucks. Being a holiday doesn’t justify poor service or unprofessional behavior. I truly hope the management addresses this issue so that other customers don’t have to go through the same experience.

Tried to order a pour over coffee and employe refused to make.

5 employees on staff and only 2 costumers in store and drive trough very slow.

For service this is the worst Starbucks in town. Definitely not the regular friendly Starbucks employees you would find at other locations. Perhaps some training on the importance of making eye contact instead of goofing around on your phone would help.

This is one of it not the worse locations in town. Shame as it use to be the best. Constantly being given the wrong orders/drinks made incorrectly. And it’s not like
I’m talking some mocha frappchino
With 1/2 pump Of this and that multiple add ons. Talking literally a caramel
Macchiato and they mess it up

Over it, but it’s getting worse. Resources and the one by Walmart are light years better. .

Don’t ever get a coffee from this location, I donno how there told to brew it but it always tastes like water definitely go to a different location, been 3 times now I’ve gotten a coffee that tasted like there trying to save coffee grinds just horrible

I have never had an issue at this starbucks until today. I went thru drive thru at 2pm and ordered with my stars. The young girl took the order, then disappeared from the till. When she came back I told her I was using star. She charged my card. I had to tell her again that I was using stars. Then she gave me the wrong drink. She didn't even apologize. All she said, can I have the drink back, that was your. I have 50 years in the service industry and we all have bad days, but being rude is just not acceptable.

I usually go to Starbucks near to Walmart. I went here today (03/22/25 ) around 1 Pm. I gave my order to black small hair girl. She recommended me add Cinnamon foam instead of Vanilla cold foam on Iced chai tea. I accepted as thought to try something new after waiting for 13 minutes I asked blonde hair tall barista about my drink very rudely she said *what you need* then I went to order till to talk to same girl I've ordered with may be she was left or busy another girl came to till and mentioned we don't have have cinnamon foam put your card for refund whereas I never asked for refund when I talking to girl at till that I never asked for refund . Tall blonde hair barista came in between and said we not gonna make your order when I'am already waiting for my drink from last 16 minutes. They both chatted in between for 2 minutes and afterwards gave me wrong drink and tall blonde hair barista said don't come back.

I came out of store and thought for 10 minutes what was my mistake = *may be being brown was my mistake*

i'm so disappointed on this location.. I always having Dubai chocolate latte And they always give me a different taste.. They doesn't have a standard procedure how to make it properly! They all have a different version how to make it🤣 Me and my daughter went this afternoon to have our favourite chocolate Matcha latte And I have a different version again! we can't even drink it because bitter taste too much Matcha! we just waste our money

I ordered Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frap with cream base fir my daughter but I received with coffee based. I even specify it that it is a cream base. They should be very careful on making product specially if some cistomers has allergies. I should say this is poor service.

Always a nice place to get a drink or even a quick sweet treat to snack on as you're going up on your day, service was quick and the drink was super delicious. My usual order is always a large mango dragon fruit with lemonade and I am always pleased every single time I get it. Prices are a little bit expensive but it's worth it

Parking: Parking is a bit tight sometimes depending on where you are or what time of day you visit but overall easy to get into and out of

Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of options for wheelchair users including seating area
