Awful location. Took my order and my money but wouldn't give me my order. Watched me through thr drive thru window and front windows laughing/ smiling with each other. The 2nd time I approached the door was because they removed the temporarily closed sign. Then urged staff not to notify those waiting outside. If you cannot open on time online orders shouldn't be taking money. I'll return for a refund and nothing more due to this morning's incompetent staff. Returned to get my refund and was refused, even though I was told I could get a refund or replacement. So I paid for something I never recieved.

Erin is literally one of the best drive through employee's I've ever had the pleasure to interact with. She's incredibly nice, and is super helpful and I never feel rushed. Every time I hear her voice on the intercom I know its gonna be an enjoyable experience. She helped me build a drink that absolutely slapped 10/10.
I’m a regular of this location, and I keep coming back thanks to Marsha and Erin. I just went through, and Erin greeted us, and she’s always so warm and welcoming. She’s always making sure our orders are placed correctly! I love this location and I know the Store manager Marsha cares about her store based off the people she has working and how they treat customers! Great job team !!

I asked for a remake because my drink spilt in my car and was having a bad day already. This lady then tells me at the window that’s 9 dollars and told me with an attitude to pay for it because it wasn’t their fault for the spilt drink, yes it isn’t, but what about the MOTO of starbucks ‘make the moment right’. I don’t want to be rude but this just made my day so much worse. (Saturday, September 28 2024 at 3:30)

Quite possibly the finest Starbucks I have been to. In a world of infinite Pike Place franchises, this one stands alone for its friendly drive-thru staff. Come before 8 AM to avoid the line.
I went through the drive through Erin was very kind and sweet. I went to grab a medicine ball tea because I was not feeling well and she gave me extra honey and a tea bag for later which I thought was very kind. It is nice to go to this Starbucks and get great customer service.

absolutely LOVE this starbucks!! customer service is always a 10/10 whenever any of the girls are working! i absolutely love how they upsell you to a trenta size for only 10¢ extra, always love when they tell me deals like this, or when they help me save money by substituting some things with drinks! i’m almost always complimented or have a great conversation with the cashiers everytime! my goto starbies!

Abby was just fantastic!! ? she was very friendly, welcoming, helpful, and eased my child's anxiety when she didn't know what to order... just all around what I like to see in the service industry. As someone who has done a lot of work in the customer service industry, I can tell you guys that you are lucky to have her. We also got a big goodbye when we left. Our new favorite location because of that little lady!

This location is my favourite STARBUCKS, Resources Road. Erin is the best ever !! Since finding that I'm Lactose Intolerant - 68 years down the road of life, I had a terrible incident a year ago March in another City and ended up in the Hospital.Erin helped me work through how I could still have my favourite Latte beverages. She tells each Barista to follow her instructions we've discussed to ensure I never have nasty incidents - diarrhea ! And trust me rushing home with diarrhea is not pleasant !However, today, May 21, 2024 I arrived at 1:15 p.m., earlier than Erin comes on shift. We'd discussed how all the Barista's know who I am. Today I was called by name even though I didn't give it.The drill is "Oat Milk, wash down the wand and clean pitcher".By taste I knew it was oat milk but either wand was not washed or pitcher was not a clean one ! You got it !! "Diarrhea" by suppertime !! Gal taking the order didn't remember all that I said and yet knew who I was and my allergy !!It's not right that I have to wait until Erin arrives on her shift.She is entitled to the hours she works and time off.Everything is typed out from when I give my order so there is no excuse.I love going there ! The staff are so polite and friendly but I need to be able to trust them. Trust me, what I endure is embarrassing and nasty to clean up !!
