The Barista named Hollie ( not sure ) but the lady is great doing her job! She super nice approachable and Super in making handcrafted coffee that no other baristas in Grande prairie can do!💕

Very disappointed with this place. We just stopped for coffee before leaving for a road trip & as we got to the truck we realized they were both cold. When we told them this they said “go to the deli and get them to microwave it”. We frequent Starbucks often and spend a fair bit of money, we will be making a point to go to a locally owned place moving forward.

Second time at this location. Americano (as always) was sub par. I asked for a shot of espresso to add taste - shot of espresso had no foam on it. I added it, but it had impact on taste.

Just now at 11:15, September 1 2024, we stood in line for a couple minutes. The lady looked at my wife a few times, but continued ignoring her, just casually wiping down counters. I was looking at the Edmonton Oilers poster, and as I returned to the counter my wife said "let's go", and I realized the worker had been ignoring her. I looked back at the worker, just as she looked back to watch my wife walking away and she had a tiny smirk on her face.
It's been a very long time since I've seen any kind of behavior like this from an employee at a business, the last time was a teenager at a fast food place. Not what you'd expect from a middle aged woman.

This store has had issues in the past with closing down drive thrus for no reason for weeks at a time. And food selection usually isn't that great they don't seem to ever pull enough.
The atmosphere is sub-optimal because it’s in a Safeway, but offers convenience if you need to grab a few grocery items. The PSL that I ordered tasted good, strong flavour, and made with haste. Staff was efficient, however, didn’t look to happy to be there.
Parking: There is an abundance of good parking.

Waste of money got home and grabbed my drink noticed it felt light, I ordered a venti white chocolate mocha. Opened the lid and was less then 3/4 full.
