I really enjoyed having breakfast at Subway Highland Area in Grande Prairie, AB. Kamal and Param were very nice to me. Both of them asked me if everything was fine and helped me with whatever I needed. The coffee and the sandwich were so good!

So disappointed in this location… went to get Subway today and could you believe they don’t have any veggies available… nothing!!! And the one handful of lettuce they do have is full of slime and brown… cucumber is soft and mushy!!! Would not recommend or will not be back!!!!

I had an awful experience at this Subway location. One of the employees , He did not change his gloves after serving another customer. When we asked about it, he was unsure and dismissive, responding, “Did you see me?”—which is completely unprofessional. When we requested a fresh sandwich due to hygiene concerns, he rudely refused and said he wouldn’t make our order. There were two employees present, but this particular person’s attitude and lack of care stood out.
This kind of behavior and disregard for food safety is unacceptable. I hope Subway corporate and the franchise owner address these issues immediately.

On top of that, he was very rude and dismissive when I tried to address the issue. Customer service and cleanliness are crucial, and unfortunately, this experience fell short in both areas. When asked him for manager he didn’t respond to me and giving me attitude I hope the management takes steps to improve staff training and overall standards.

So I went there to buy food. I walked into the door and as I was looking at the menu the 2 people working there never acknowledged me or anything. yes they were doing an order but if that was me working and I saw someone come in I'd say hello I'll be with you right after I finish this order. I find a lot of these international students are very different when it comes to customer service. Your not a customer but more a person that has money and that's all they care about.
