I’m typically not a person to post a bad review but went to subway yesterday and the woman at the front was quite rude as if I was an inconvenience to her. She took my first order and I told her I had a second sandwich she ignored me and told the next person to step forward to order. Another lady came to the front took my next order and then sneezed twice midway through making it and didn’t put new gloves on, didn’t step away from the counter or even attempt to wash her hands while continuing to make the sandwich.. I’ve always loved going to subway but very disappointed in the workers they have representing them.

They didn't have much to choose from just chicken and certain toppings. The staff we're friendly but lacked experience in dealing with customers. The food quality wasn't that great either. It was ok place to grab a meal.

Horrible service. Can’t hear a thing Jane says. I’ve managed in the mall for years, one day “yesterday” Jane told me I’m “fat” not once but twice and said I look better when I was “skinnier” I am completely disgusted with this place. I am writing this so this does not happen to anyone else, or some child. Completely mortified by these untrue allegations.
We went to order easy ham and cheese, was asked what sandwich and she kept pointing to the menu… couldn’t hear her very well due to her talking so quiet.She started getting flustered because I wouldn’t just pick a sandwich from the menu, I told her I just wanted ham and cheese.. and she points to the menu again… I’m still confused. I’ve always just walked in and got what I wanted. She was clearly unhappy with me not picking something off the menu.

I go to this location often as I work in the mall. They are always awesome. However I wanted to highlight an interaction I observed between one of their sandwich artists and a customer with visible disabilities. I could hardly hear the person and the artist got everything she was saying in one try. I was blown away with her level of understanding and how she treated the person with great respect. Kudos to you. Sometimes I see terrible service in GP. Especially in the food industry. But y'all are doing amazing!
