Customer service here is joke they don’t make the food right and are super rude. It’s like they want to make it badly just to spiteful beacuse they are so jaded in there. The place is dirty and should be reported to authorities. DOES NO MANAGER CHECK UP ON THEIR STAFF???!!

I am absolutely appalled by the “service” I have received tonight on 11.17.25. The guy working had a disgraceful attitude and refused service at 8pm when they’re supposed to be open until 9pm. I highly suggest you reconsider who you hire at your stores Subway. You current staff are turning good business away because they can’t be bothered and obviously can’t wait to get home. Pathetic

The staff member that was working at 8pm on Monday the 17th of November should be fired. He was extremely rude, didn’t acknowledge me as I came to order. Had completely closed down the store an hour before closing time and refused to serve me. I have contacted the headquarters but just be warned, don’t make the journey unless it’s at least 2 hours before the closing time.

Normally a 5 star pleasant restaurant as I have been here countless times as it is right by my work area, but not tonight.
I was Just a woman, who finished a 14hr shift, who lives a hour out of GP, trying to get their family a surprise dinner with limited money.
I placed an order online, they took my money, I got to the restaurant and they said there was no order received. I called my bank, verified they took my money. Their option was to pay again and i ‘May receive a refund from the original purchase because this has happened a few times the last couple days’ even though the transaction on the bank’s end went through. Now I have to wait 30 days to dispute for their technology mistake. If this has been happening, pick up the damn phone and call your IT to fix the issues. I showed the transaction, I showed when it was placed, the bank gave the transaction NUMBER, and they still turned me away.
Now I am out my money, and no food for my family tonight.
**To the owner of this store** If you would like an IT company who is on call 24/7 to help resolve your issues like this so you do not get horrible reviews, I will refer you to a company I know personally
staff here Might want to learn some hospitality, right from the Get-go the guy who made my sub was somewhat rude and seemed mad. he was annoyed when i asked for extra pickles on my sub, and seemed even more annoyed when a lady behind me declined getting extra cheese or bacon on hers...... are the extra pickles coming out of your pay cheque? do you get a bonus when you sell extra cheese? overall weird interaction, hope you have a better day dude.
