ordered of uber eats. so they clearly have instructions to work off of. i wanted it toasted and it came cold/untoasted. ordered the chipotle southwest sauce on both sandwiches and didn’t receive it.

I went to order from the drive thru here and they made me wait for 22 minutes and after every minute of waiting they told me to come inside and get my order. This is very poor service.

They didnt have the exact type of bread listed on a coupon, so they refused to let us use the coupon. Our second choice was also out of stock.

worst subway in town, they don't have grill, and if i have zero star i will rate that to this subway, the one who was attending me was rude, when i asked him that the sub is cold, worst.

If you’re looking for stale bread, low quality food and sloppy service? this is one of the Subway location delivers perfectly. Definitely not the fresh experience they advertise. The staff were rude and made me feel like I was a burden instead of a customer they should be serving. Tried three locations all disappointing. Subway is the worst. Firehouse Subs is way better. Me and my friends will never coming back!

Went there yesterday morning around 7:30 am, very rude staff member (I don’t know the name). Had no sense to deal with a customer. First of all, turned down my greeting. When i asked for some sauces and veggies extra on my sub, he was acting like He was doing me a favour. When I was about to pay, he said there’s a Tip first which i have to pay.
How was he even expecting me to pay a tip after such a bad service?
Subway should hire someone with a little sense next time.
Very disappointed. Probably not visiting again.

Experience would've probably been fine had they not tried to only give me half the Ingredients they're supposed to on my breakfast sandwich and got snotty about it when I called them on it offered to ask her manager which the person didn't instead just put the proper amounts on honestly will not go back to this location it's not the first time but it will be the last that I go there
