Went in to order and needed to use the washroom, cashier let me know I needed a key and then let me go to the washroom knowing they have no toilet paper. The other washroom was locked and she said that toilet didn't have any either and didn't flush. She also thought this was funny and was laughing about it as I did a pee dance?

Horrible service I ordered 2 ft longs this morning for myself and coworkers and girls didn't know how to use my buy 1 get 1 for . 99 cents with drink coupon.....seriously the manager needs to inform staff ..so needless to say we get no lunch and 2 perfectly good subs sitting there ...

The artist completely screwed up both footlongs. And he was supposed to grill the sandwich, which he forgot, and I just went in a little early for a pick-up and just reminded him. Guess what he just grilled it with the paper wrapping and also very confidently refused his co-worker's advice not to do like that.Did not even look for the instructions.

The young lady was excellent and the food was fresh. She was there alone so no fault of hers service was very slow.Either poor management or lack of staffing.Parking: Not great for a larger vehicle
Tried one of their new subs... had pesto on it, I like pesto... there was about 1/2 a cup of pesto on one sandwich.. super gross, super messy. I really didn't appreciate my chicken sandwich becoming a pesto sandwich. Ew gross.

2023 customer service is terrible now they mess up orders regularly, and take way to long to make simple subs, go yo a different subway. 2019 Excellent customer service, well maintained and well managed, good taste and very clean.

I love having the opportunity to walk to subway from school during lunch and the staff are always making amazing food and have always given me an amazing experience. I definitely recommend this place for sandwiches, soup, and cookies.

I find that you don't get the same customer service treatment when going through the drive through versus inside. Stopped to grab subs before picking up kids from school. Both subs were supposed to be toasted while the one was supposed to be extra toasted. They were barely toasted and all the location could do was remake them. Even when I specified that option didn't work for us unless they were offering a credit for another time and the young man repeated I can only remake them.
