I've been going here for a while and their customer service is unbeat. Everyone there is so kind. Their new chimi changas are delicious and such a unique addition to the menu. Truly a cultural staple in the city.
Ordered through their catering service for a staff lunch and was very pleased start to finish. The lady that took the order was thorough and detailed and even let me add to an already large order at a later time. When I went to pick up, the food was ready to go and the manager made sure to confirm everything again and helped me out with all the boxes. The food was good and good portions. And when I realized after lunch that I had forgot the receipt they were great about emailing...
The team was having a tough night tonight with some system issues. They handled a tough situation the best way they could and the food was great. Thank you for your efforts to make things right, it is very appreciated. Thank you.
