A suggestion, have the gravy in a separate container like the dipping sauce. There were 3 in our party who do not like gravy and it was poured on top of the mashed potatoes. We never thought to ask about it when ordering so just scraped it off. We thought the potatoes tasted like the instant kind and not real potatoes. The steaks were very good. Next time we visit we'll try something different.

Mitch , the manager is not considerate. There was 2 tables together wanting 1 , just 1 silly tv to have the hockey game on as we were all wearing oilers jerseys. I asked him as politely as I possibly could with no compromise. Waitresses are all awesome, but Mitch is a stuck up (words I shouldn’t say!)

I have never had such a poor experience at the Brewhouse before. Normally I really enjoy myself. The service was horrible and the TVs were way too loud. I also understand it's typically a loud pub and I have never minded but last night was over the top.
Washroom had no toilet paper. Mentioned to waitress she said she would have one of her male colleagues bring some in to the washroom. Had supper and two drinks went back no toilet paper.

Ordered take out and what came to the door wasn't fit for a dog to eat. Everything was missing ingredients or was just made improperly. The amount you pay for a meal now a days, it shouldn't be slapped together and inedible.
