The last few times I've gone to this location I've received perfect iced caps. All the other locations make them too creamy, Gold Star to whoever was running the iced cap machine during my visits!

love my Tim's coffee; service is great but whoever is running this franchise needs to spend some money cleaning their parking lot and drive through. There are ice pot holes a foot deep all over the place that will cause damage to a vehicle. Has been like this for weeks...ridiculous! In response to your response, why would I do that; if the owner is not aware of the state of the parking lot, then I will just go elsewhere until its cleaned. Thank you.
