My ice coffee taste more like water, asked for a vanilla and they didn’t add any sweetener. The chocolate glaze doesn’t have glaze on it and my turkey bacon club is burnt and quite small compared to any other Tim’s I’ve been to. Staff were slow and asked why I was still waiting when they hadn’t even begun to make my iced coffee. Not going to this location again

I recently visited Tim's Grande Prairie on 100 Ave and had a fantastic experience thanks to Joel! Not only was my order quick, but Joel's friendly service made my day. He greeted me with a smile, took my order efficiently, and ensured everything was just right. I highly recommend stopping by and saying hi to Joel for a positive start to your day!

Cold tea. Unfriendly staff, bordering on hostile. A feeling of not being welcomed as a customer, but tolerated for the money. They had blocked all power outlets, so I could not plug in my cold laptop, to start it.I made a silent vow never to go back there, when I saw that they made no effort at all to accommodate me, despite my requesting a chance to plug my laptop into an outlet for just three minutes - to restart it. I had planned to buy more tea to fill my 1.9 L flask, as well as bagels and muffins. I ended up choosing to have only the cup of tea I had already ordered and picked up at the beginning.I would not like to have any reason to ever go back there! Gives me shivers, thinking of their coldness!
I am tired of this Tim’s rushing so much that they cannot even take the time to make your food. Also please stop handing two to three items of food out the drive thru window at a time. Photo is the sandwich I got that I had to re cut and build myself because they were to much in a rush.

When I use the drive thru, I get told every time they need to check if they have the items. Then I drive up to the window and everything is already there. Not sure what the tactic is but it’s getting annoying. Also seems like there is either a language barrier or the equipment they have in the drive thru is not working. Need to continually repeat order before they get it right.

I’m with the others complaining about the service and how disrespectful the people there are. Like others have mentioned the wait time for walking in is ridiculous and they just keep you standing there without even acknowledging you. Then when they do there’s clearly a language barrier on their end and instead of asking you to repeat yourself your talked down to as if you can’t speak English properly…clearly management isn’t doing a good job seeing how I’m not the only one with this problem and it’s STILL a problem. Then after waiting nearly 15 mins for a bagel it comes with barely any cream cheese on it…the pictures from other reviews showing scrapped off cream cheese is the same thing I got.Tim’s can be a hit or miss, I understand that, but how these workers are talking down to people is disgusting. I had my younger child with me and she was confused why ‘the lady’ was being rude to me.. this is beyond unacceptable for customer service in this country.
