The prices have increased quite a bit.The food was just OK not like it used to be a all.The atmosphere was cold & not friendly.Today a friend told me the price of an ice cap was up $1.50 today than last week.

The manager EVA was so rude with us while we ordered coffe she was too rude and was speaking rude even with his coworkers in front of coustmers owner should look towards this its not good atleast give her some clases for managers post that how to speak and gow to deal with coustmer i never preffer this store until this type rude workes work there

Went for breakfast this morning, drank about half my drink and noticed something at the bottom of cup ? absolutely disgusting and I will be returning it after i am off work.Dietary restrictions: Making sure their cups are clean before they start making your drink.

The manager, her name is Eva, was so very rude to me while I'm ordering, her first approached to me was ok, but later on, I said, can I get 1 large black coffee & no sugar, no milk, and then she answered to me like,, automatically if black coffee means no sugar & milk, and I said ah ok.And, I ordered it again 2 small stiftea please! but the1 is with honey and the other 1 is with oatmilk. And then she answered again,One by one first ok?And I repeat it again, ok,1stiftea with honey, and the 1 is with oatmilk, she answered it again, how many oatmilk? She mean, how many oatmilk to put in the stiftea,And I answer it again, why how many?I just curious because, why she asking me like that?And I asked her like, are you mad?She said no! I'm trying to correct you..And i gave her apologies, sorry I didn't noBecause when I'm always ordered the stiftea with oatmilk, no asking me how many?But she insist, and her body language and she talked to me was so rude. ?

Staff are rude and abuse consumers in different language. If you ask about the product and promo they don't explain. Attention to franchise owner please train you staff. I will not recommended anyone give them business untill they rectified the situation

I just want to give Kudos to a employee, her name is Robin Townley…She is beautiful inside and out…she is ALWAYS friendly and helpful….she make one feels like a million bucks when you go there in the morning…she is by far the best Timhortons employee I have ever met…she needs a bonus or a raise for sure.

Eva the manager is incredibly rude. I watched her snap her fingers and talk down to the customer ahead of me. Then when I took half a moment to put my card back into my wallet after paying at the other till, she asks if I’d been helped - when I say “yes”, she waves me away to stand at the side.The wave itself was the rude “shuffle on” motion and she was absolutely unpleasant to deal with. I replied “yeah, I just finished paying! Dang!”. She then stops what she’s doing (because she’s CLEARLY in such a rush) to absolutely GLARE at me.Half decent coffee, a timmies is a timmies. But the manager does not deserve her position if that’s what she considers customer service. Wasn’t even that busy.
