Tim hortons has been my fave coffee shop. Good ambience, very cozy and most especially crew are friendly and accommodated.. So nice also, the moment you step on the shop crew wears their sweetest smile. Hands up to crew.

I recently placed an order for 4 large coffees through the drive-thru. When I arrived at the window, the staff member appeared to have only prepared one coffee. I politely clarified that I had ordered four and requested a tray to carry them safely. However, the response I received came across as irritated and unprofessional. I understand that mistakes can happen but customer service should remain courteous and respectful regardless of the situation.

Very bed place to visit we order a salad they messed up the order and give me a wrap and then when they fix out the salad was very small and the leaves of the salad was not even cut,portion same salad at a different Tim Hortons was ,double the size

I will give one star because the sandwich was made well. However to make tea they need to stir it as I got sugary milk water. Also, if I am the only person in the drive thru don't make someone drive around the other side of the building to wait because you have times your trying to beat. I also cant believe how people spend almost $20 on a tea, muffin and sandwich from here, this is why people are so broke buying 'fast food'
