I ordered a pizza and a coffee and I had to tell the employee three times in a row that I didn’t want dipping sauce before she stopped asking me. Then when I received it, she was reluctant in giving me napkins and told me I could get my own! I then had to tell her to cut the pizza all the way through so I didn’t have to tear it apart myself. If they cut it, they might as well do it properly. All little things, but completely unacceptable and unprofessional that I have to tell people that work here how to do their job!
