Dont even think of coming to this tims if you dont like long wait times.
Had 6 people waiting in line while 7-8 drive thru customers passed and got their orders the ones at the front including me still had to wait, just walked out and left.
Worst part is you can visibly see that they are not understaffed and stocked with employees, a couple even just standing there.
Everyone is in a hurry, everyone has someplace to be, might aswell close down the inside if youd rather serve and finish 10 orders for the drive thru rather than serve the 4 customers in line who got there first.

Yup. selling old food. totally my fault since I'm trying really hard to get you to sell it to the food bank. total scam

Highly don’t recommend this location and if you do go make sure you have lots of time, and check your order. Two of the 3 times I have gone I was either missing an item that I paid for or had the completely wrong order. Unfortunately I didn’t notice until I was at work and had time to eat. Also one of those 3 times I had actually gone in to order because the driver-thru was busy I waited ten minutes without being served before having to leave. I’ve tried to call them but it goes to voicemail everytime.

It’s been a while since I visited this location because of a not so great experience my husband had here before. Today, I decided to give it another try and ordered a coffee and croissant combo. They were out of croissants, which wasn’t a big deal. Everything seemed fine, although the lady working the drive-thru wasn’t very friendly.

After paying, I realized I didn’t have any water left, so I politely asked if I could get a cup of water so I can share with my dog. She looked at me and told me it would be 20 cents. I’ve never heard of this before. It’s not about the money—it’s about the way it was said. There was no explanation or sympathy, just a blunt response.

I’m not sure if I’ll consider coming back to this store. A simple smile and a bit of kindness goes a long way in customer service.

They greet customers with a smile, make sure orders are accurate, and create a warm atmosphere that makes you want to come back. Drive through only from 0430 hrs to 0500hrs. Sure he nice if the app mentioned that for a person just walking for in am. So i tried to walk through the drive though to order and they said i had to wait to 5 and couldnt serve me at the drive through for safey reason. Sounds like stuiped liberal company policys in opinion.

It’s very rare that I take the time out of my day to write a review. Let alone a positive one. That being said… NEVER have I EVER had a donut put in a bag like this. I have always had the icing on my Boston cream smooshed into the bag before I even get it. But this donut.. is pristine. Whoever this employee is, deserves a raise. Whoever is in charge of training, make this person in charge instead. Because this is perfection.
