I want to like this location, East side, as it's very close to home but I will not intentionally use it. I will drive across town to one of the other locations and it would still be quicker. Everytime I'm coerced into going I leave saying I hate this Tim hortons. Forget inside, you could be the only one in there and 10 cars in the drive through are finished prior. The drive through is the slowest in town and for God sakes DO NOT get in the second lane. Several cars on the other side will get service while you are waiting by the box. If today was a one time issue, I wouldn't bother reviewing, everyone has a bad day. This location is consistently bad. And I can see from months and months of bad rwviews, nothing will change. Thank you for reading my first world problem rant.

I jokingly asked this lady how come you guys don't have steep tea ready in the mornings, but other locations do; mind you, this was just a banter, but this lady start mimicking and said why don't you go there instead. Ok, I'll go to a different location now, thanks.

The absolute lack of competency in this Tim Hortons branch is insane. I will never waste my money here again the people here cannot get their orders right, ever. Management needs to give their head a shake and start training a little better this is absolutely horrible. For shame.

Probably the slowest service in the city. If you use the drive thru, they hold you at the speaker box as to no impact their service times at the window. And if you go inside, there's a good chance you're waiting to be served since everyone is working frantically at the drive thru

Unfortunately I have to go here lots for convenience but its no good. The staff are so focused on their 24 second time limit that they couldnt care less about giving you the proper food. The foreign workers have to ask Canadians to repeat themselves constantly and they screw up almost every order somehow. Also they cluck away to each other in their language right in front of customers...maybe they have not been informed that this is considered very rude in Canada. 1 star. If you can find anywhere else to go, avoid this Tims.

This literally ruined my day. I ordered a maple bacon croissant (Which I waited all week to splurge on) waited longer than I should have had to on the drive thru and then was given a bagel with cream cheese. I can't eat cream cheese and by the time I got to work and found this out I could not return. So no breakfast for me .
Literally the worst service in the city. 6 people standing around the empty drive through while 3 people wait in line inside for 15 mins in line with one old guy running around. I'd be ashamed if I managed this location. Go to another location.

My son went to buy kids supper, chicken wraps. The lettuce was black on edges and wilted. What idiot would serve that to a customer, had to be someone who doesn't care about the job they are getting paid to do! I'm embarrassed for you!! Let alone have my grandchildren eat it!@

Before I finally told them to stop. After you order they always tell you to wait a second and then never come back to reconfirm whether you’re good to proceed Inside is slowest Tim’s in Alberta. Over. Extremely poor establishment.
